Our daughter loved this daycare. Staff were excellent. No downsides at all that we experienced.

We recently enrolled our son into Kids U and were very pleased with the whole experience. They provided a lot of information regarding the center, its schedule, staff, and its dedication to healthy child development. The staff were helpful with all of our questions and were easy to get a hold of. We’re very excited for our son to start at Kids U!

Less than average care for premium fees.

Junior infant room is great but things go downhill real fast when transition to senior room takes place. Front desk and main office rarely picked up calls. They only seemed interested in returning calls when they wanted us to join KidsU. Never received any communication regarding what my daughter likes and dislikes at the day care in 6 months that she was there. When I took her out of the day care I called to speak about anything they could tell me to help transition my daughter into a different day care but the response was very vague which tells me they knew nothing about my daughter even after 6 months. Really disappointed as even after spending so much money the care was minimal. Please save yourself and your kid the misery.

Our daughter attended Kids U Infant Care from the time she was a year old and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience. They provided a safe, happy, welcoming place and it was such a relief being able to drop her off knowing she was well looked after by so many kind and capable people who very clearly love what they do and genuinely care about the kids. I also appreciated how Kids U doesn’t require you to bring ANYTHING with you – they are well equipped with diapers, wipes, diaper creams, and healthy meals and snacks, which made it a breeze in the morning to drop her off. All the staff we interacted with were incredibly professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any of my questions. Seeing my daughter’s face light up when she’d enter the building and excitedly run to hug the staff made the transition to daycare much more pleasant than I could have imagined. Highly recommend and we are very thankful to everyone at Kids U!

Unfortunately I can't give half a star - But here goes - It started off being the BEST daycare we put our infant in - in the infant room - care providers are VERY VERY GOOD this 1 star is for them and only them Ms Kelly was probably the most amazing along with some others that had very positive impact on my daughter. - when my infant was moved to the "Sr. Infant room" everything went downhill. TOO many kids, not enough providers even though they say that they maintain the ratio. Money hungry - all they care about is if they got paid - Corporate backend staff is the worse - never tried to understand any situation all they cared for is that their money was collected - our disappointments an multiple requests for communication an complaints went unanswered - not to mention this is one of the more expensive daycare - save your money and go elsewhere. - Had to move my daughter out - waited to write this review as we were afraid the care was going to be affected if I posted this

Our daughter did so well at Kids U Bridgeland. We had an early turnover of the staff in her room but there was seamless transition because the staff are so lovely and caring. She was always excited to arrive at daycare and they kept her busy-body stimulated. The meals were nutritious and included breakfast which made it easier for us in the morning. The communication through the APP was the best part of my work day!

We love KidsU! Our daughter has been going for about a month and all the staff have gone above and beyond to help her transition! They have been so accommodating to all her needs and have made this transition less stressful for us. Even thought she’s just over a year old, I can see how much she learns everyday, she picks up a new word from daycare daily! The app is so helpful to know what is going on with our daughter and to see photos from their daily activities. We toured a lot of other daycare before KidsU and they don’t compare. Highly recommend!

We’ve been really happy with our experience at Kids U Bridgeland since our daughter started there three months ago.
We enrolled our daughter in the parental leave transition program for her first month and taking her for a couple hours a day seemed to really ease her transition to full days.
Now when we drop our toddler off she walks in and is excited to see the teachers and the other children.
I feel the teachers make an effort to get to know each kid’s unique personality.
We really like the mix of activities that they plan for the children as well as the daily meal plan.

My daughter has been attending KidsU for about 8 months now. I have nothing but good things to say. The stuff are friendly and excited to see the kids everyday. I have toured many daycares (she is graduating soon) and it has been a challenge to find anything even remotely as good as it has been here. If we have another baby - it will definitely be attending this daycare. ️

My daughter started daycare at Kids U Bridgeland in April and we are very happy with the level of care and and quality of the programming. As first-time parents we were nervous about the transition to daycare but all of the teachers at Kids U Bridgeland are so kind and patient, it's so reassuring! My daughter seems to have a lot of fun there, and loves all the teachers- especially Miss Kelly and Miss Mai. They have gone above and beyond to work with my daughter's schedule! The app is also fantastic, getting updates and photos are the highlight of my day. I would highly recommend Kids U Bridgeland!

My wife and I toured over 10 day cares and found this particular KidsU provides the best staff, facility, and food. Our one year old has been at this KidsU for over a month now and the experience in all aspects are very positive. Strongly recommended.

We were very selective in our search for care for our little one. We toured some definitive ‘no’s’ (like a bad date you just want to walk away from) but we knew KidsU was different. We loved It from the start.

Before we enrolled here they let us visit and stay for a bit twice! This way we KNEW our babe was comfortable and saw how caring And sincere they are.

The staff and teachers are energetic, attentive, friendly and kind. They welcome our babe by name daily and are open to or initiate conversations at the end of the day about how things are going. We have found all to be understanding and consistent.

The curriculum was important to us and to get feedback daily on the app about what the children are learning is so helpful to us a parents so we can follow up.

When we went for our tour a parent was leaving as we were and I asked her what it was really like.she said it was so good that she drove her older child to the other end of the city to be at KidsU. Now I’m that parent and if anyone asked me I would say the same- and it is such a high priority for us to have solid care for our little one when they spend more time there than at home - we have built so much trust in KidsU and haven’t had an experience that would make us want to go elsewhere.

The manager has always been calm competent consistent and soo so kind. The administration responds to our inquiries (like when we registered, changed days or discussed payments) are quick, and very professional.

Safety is high priority - security at entry and care when outside checking the play areas for glass for example.

**They provide diapers, wipes, cream and healthy meals and snacks (once at drop off we were parked behind the produce delivery truck and it was a company I’ve used before- very fresh) **

I know they know my babes favourite things and new words that I see at home because they bring it up so I know they are not just saying empty words they really get to know our kids.

They know our little ones needs and what we need to work on- like are they eating enough and when separation anxiety was an issue they really worked with us and knew what worked

They do Incident reports if your child gets a bump

We have allergies and health concerns to deal with that they take very seriously Are conscientious about and document well.

I could go on and on I just notice many little things that these caring ladies do to go above and beyond.

We are very happy here!

The staff here are fantastic. They care about the babies so much. I have always felt welcome to sit with my baby and hang out and I have watched how much these women nurture and care for the babies. I am so happy with my choice. Leaving your baby in daycare is hard but they make it bearable.

Our 1 year old son has been attending Kids U Bridgeland for one month. The junior infant staff and coordinator, Anmol, have been amazing at making the transition so smooth and as stress free as possible for me and for him. They do a great job of keeping me informed of how he is doing and the app provides live updates of the activities of his day including naps, what he eats, how many bottles and diaper changes, etc.and they also send pictures, which is a huge piece of mind. I really appreciate the genuine care and attention and updates received. It makes me feel very confident that we chose the best child care available for our son.
