They just want Money. They can find many ways to pull money from parents.

Worst day care we seen so far, my daughter she didn’t feeling well after 1st day of joining day care, I emailed them they didn’t responded, we thought of sending one more day to try. She is not feeling good. So we stopped sending her and emailed them.
Maureen gave us rude reply’s as we tried to stop and they charged for 2 months January and February and the registration fee $150 and material fee $300 for my daughter going for first two days. I lost $1500 in total just sending her for first 2days.
Some day cares have two days trail period, they don’t even consider that.
We feel like they just want to make money.
I asked them about charging for 2months is not fair. They told me that i have not given 30day notice so they charged for 2months. As my daughter is new to this daycare how can i give 30day notice.

Our daughter has been attending the senior preschool program since October. She enjoys the variety of activities offered there and is always excited to share the new topic discussed during circle time. I appreciate the feedback we receive directly from her teachers and the individual approach they have towards her interests and needs. Overall, I would recommend FBA - Breaside and their preschool program.

We started out with high hopes for this daycare/pre-school, but it quickly had us questioning our decision to put our 3 year old son in.
The daycare is often closed, and their schedule makes it so that you almost always miss a couple days a month due to Holidays and other made up closures which your charged for. Many of the days off are not stat holidays and leave parents scrambling to take off work.
The communication leaves something to be desired as well. They are not clear and concise about any decisions made to schedules or fees. They require 30 days notice of change in schedule, along with admin fees, but don't abide by their own terms when they want to make a change.
Overall, I feel robbed. I feel they did my child a disservice by making this about fueling their pockets, instead of fueling brains.
The teachers are wonderful, management is abysmal, and this probably explains the high turn over in teachers in the recent months.
Would not recommend.

We have had a wonderful experience at Fueling Brains Academy - Braeside and I would recommend it to any parent looking for high-quality childcare. The teachers, staff and administration are all so wonderful and kind! It's not easy finding childcare that you trust to take the best care of your children, so I am extremely grateful that I found that here. I know my little ones are safe, loved, supported and very well cared for at Fueling Brains Academy - Braeside.
