I walked in, looked around and was approached by Jessica. I was looking for a new mattress set she asked if I knew what I wanted. I did not. I told her I used to work for Sleep Country, that didn't go over well
Jessica explained she had just started working at Furniture Galaxy, ok, you have to start somewhere.
Jessica was amazing, we had a few hurdles, we got over them with ease!
She is so friendly and positive and a joy to do business with.
I had a couple of issues with a product I purchased, Customer Service was right on it!

We just purchased a couple pieces of furniture from Furniture Galaxy and from start to finish to delivery the service was phenomenal! Cindy was the lady I dealt with and she is awesome! She knows her stuff and wants to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. The two young men that delivered both times were such nice, polite gentlemen. They were so very careful and not rough with my stuff. I’ve shopped Furniture Galaxy over the years and have always been pleased with all of the Excellent service they provide. Needed a new electric range, got a good price on a samsung glass top with convection, and took it home within minutes, unlike another store in the community that makes ya wait a week on your orders.
