I recently had a highly disappointing experience with the Furniture Superstore. The customer service was abysmal – not only did they fail to notify me of the final sale clause, but they also rushed me through the paperwork, leaving me unaware of critical details.

The sales team's tactics were nothing short of sneaky, and I felt pressured to sign without a complete understanding of the terms. The next day, I changed my mind about the couch I bought, so I requested a refund. They outright refused my request.

This company operates in a manner that can only be described as a scam. I strongly advise others to be cautious and thoroughly research before engaging with this company.

Worst furniture experience ever.

Overpriced and non-existent customer service. Trying to get ahold of anyone via the phone is near impossible after you have placed your order.

I ordered a CUSTOM sofa from them 2 years ago - that was a nightmarish experience. Basically once you sign the dotted line, they don't care about helping you anymore or making adjustments to the custom order ONE HOUR after leaving the store - you are telling me that the order (fabric change) is being made ONE HOUR after the contract is signed? !? ! If you ever are waffling about product quality on custom orders that you can never see unless the final product, absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHADY STORE. That was a nightmare and my order and requests weren't even adhered to. But whatever - sofa came with delay and almost no followup from this terrible company. I left without a review because I was so done with them.

Now 2 years later, the sofa which they said would be "good" is starting to have issues with sagging which they promised me would be covered under warranty back at the initial contract. Also, for this to be happening to an extra firm couch with the only person using it a 100lb girl - what poor quality.

Anyways, the real kicker is they still haven't learned how to pick up the phone or respond to emails!

What an ABSOLUTE waste of money and time for quite an expensive couch worth thousands.

Very professional guys. You did an amazing job!
Just 2 of them moved the complete bedroom furniture to second floor with so much ease. Also, they cleaned up afterwards and picked up every tiny piece of packaging. So impressive. Kudos to this delivery team.

Michael and his partner working with him were amazing guys. Very clean and efficient. They worked very hard and cleaned up after themselves. They are also very nice guys and friendly. I would recommend this furniture company anytime.

Very good delivery service and they are very friendly and even went as far as to take their shoes off every time they came inside. I also had issues with delivery timings but Michael and his partner made it very quick which was perfect for me!

I have bought 2 mattresses from this store on two separate occasions and have had the best experience possible both in the store buying the mattress and when each bed got delivered. The customer service I have received is top notch. If you are looking for a new bed I highly recommend this store. The delivery guys are curious, fast, careful and extremely friendly. Would give more stars if I could.

I decided to go with an adjustable bed due to my health.
So I did some research and decided on the Serta brand of mattress and adjustable base.
Then I phoned Serta Cda and was quoted a price & delivery of 4 to 6 wks, I asked if it could be delivered earlier than that because of my health and he responded that he couldn't. Then he suggested I check out local suppliers of their products which led me to the "Mattress Super Store" after talking to the 10 other serta supplier's in Edmonton.
The salesman named Ish was the reason I chose this store.
Unlike other Salesman he didn't try to up sale me "at all".
He listened to my request and said he would check on the availability of my choice and get back to me.
Within the hour he got back to me with a delivery date and price for me which was only 100.00 more than Serta & shorter delivery.
I made the purchase and waited for it to arrive.
The day before delivery he had received half of the package he phoned and was apologetic with the error that the supplier had made. Which I found refreshing, Usually on my experience I'm the one that has to call &ask what is going on.
The day the remainder of my order showed up was a couple of weeks ago in the worst weather and I suggested that the next day would be fine, But he said that I waited long enough and his delivery team would be showing up even if it was after hours.
True to his word two men named Howie & Mike arrived and set up the bed.
They took the time to Explain everything to me as they set it up, so I would be able to dismantle and move at a later time. Not once did Howie or Mike make me feel
uncomfortable and even asked if I would like to keep the mattress cover to protect it should I move as they were cleaning up from the install.
So I would recommend if you are looking for a bed go here and ask for Ish

The store had good selection and quality was also good. Jamie helped us, he went above and beyond. If you are looking for a solid wood bedroom set this is your place.

Their ingenuity and specialized tools allowed Mike and Howie to move heavy large furniture into a unit that would have defeated most moving companies!

Had a great experience here buying our furniture, delivery was quick and on time, would definitely return for future purchases

The two gentlemen that delivered my dining table did a great job. They showed up well within the alloted time, we're friendly, curtious and took great care in assembling the table.

Bought a couch, it was delivered on the promised date, it was undamaged and the delivery men helped set it up. Overall a good experience, and I will purchase from them again in the future.

Very professional looking store, we were able to make a quick decision on a couch. Our couch was delivered and assembled so quickly and efficiently by two very nice men! Would highly recommend buying from this company! 10/10

I would not step back into this store, the price of the chairs I was interested in changed 3 times.only going higher with each discussion with the young salesman. He ran to the back of the store for discussion first saying $169 then $200.and then said $229.00. It should be noted these chairs had no price tags though some others did. Seems a poor way to run a business and I felt like I was being lied to.

Our experience at the Furniture Superstore was excellent from the knowable sales staff to courteous the delivery staff. We are very happy customers and would recommend them.

They came and set it up my bed with surprising speed and they service was high quality. Mike and Howei were very kind and caring while putting our bed together. They even helped put our mattress on our frame.

Went to store bought 1 king and 1 queen matress, sales rep there Jamie there was very helpfull. To be honest he actually had knowledge of the product, I asked him probably 15 question regarding products and I was satisfied. Delivery guys did q great job droped the mattress on given time all the down to to rooms.

Delivery and setup team was on time. They did an excellent job, cleaned after they finished, and were very professional.

Bought a living room set here last year, Great Selection. Quality Furniture. Fantastic customer service, they were quick to address our concerns, would shop here again.

Totally Unprofessional staff and very bad customer service. I paid $2000 for a bed set and they promised it will be delivered on time. I wait for one more week after their promised delivery date but bed didn't came. I went to their store to cancel my order because I ordered that bed for house warming party and they didn't deliver the product on time. Their manager and staff is so rude.they make big promises when they are selling the product but they are totally fraud. When we went to store they made so many stories. Now they are keeping my 2000 dollars and not cancelling my order. I was not happy and went into the store in person to express my discontent. I was told "I'm sorry. It's nothing we can do.etc. " If you advise me honestly of the wait time for furniture and I purchase it anyway then that is my problem. I feel that this company and its representatives were not honest from the beginning and I feel like the reps do this to trap you. Horrible customer service. If I had honest dates of when my furniture would have been arriving I would have went to another furniture store.

Very over priced. Makes sence why it was so empty. There is also not much staff there to help. I saw 1 person when i walked in but no greeting or hello. He just kept playing on his phone. Its good if you wanna waste time or get overpriced 'designer' furniture. I give 2 stars only because it was clean inside

Furniture Superstore has a great selection of furniture, from Sectionals, Sofas, Dining Room Tables, Chairs and Bedroom Sets! Staff is help and their prices are really good. Definitely worth checking out!
