My dishwasher quit during the extreme cold temperatures. I called furniture villa to put in a warranty claim. I got a call back with some advice to try before I put in a claim. I did what was suggested and when it warmed up, my dishwasher drained again. Turned out it was just froze up as it’s on an outside wall.
Love the friendly staff on the phone calls and service and that they care about their customers!
Fun fact, I’ve never stepped foot in the show room. I purchased during Covid and did everything by phone.

A business is obviously doing something right when you find out how long Furniture Villa has been around for! Their show room is incredible offering kitchen appliances, BBQ Smokers, Paddle Boards and more! We recently bought a new washer the dryer for the farm house, they had such a great price we ended up buying two! Now the Store/Office has a free laundry room available to guests of A Stones Throw RV Campground!
