My husband and I only have excellent things to say about Fusion Collision and especially the quality of care and customer service we received from Natalie. Fusion Collision stuck with us long term through many complicated issues after we had an accident. It is not often you will find a company to go above and beyond your needs but Natalie did exactly that and much more. As a customer, we were always treated with respect, patience, and care until our vehicle was 100%. Lots of integrity behind this company’s name. We are very grateful for everything Natalie and the team at Fusion did for us.

Go here. If you have any car needs, they will not only fix it flawlessly, but their aftercare is also fabulous. They fixed up some chipped paint for me, and helped me get a panel replaced by warranty after I stupidly dented my car.

Edit: 1 year later, my seatbelt locked up due to my son being 6. I knew it was an easy fix, but I was nervous as I don't understand how the airbags really work. I tried fruitlessly to get in at my Hyundai dealership, and due to staff shortages and other really annoying issues, I would have had to take a FULL DAY off work to get them to even LOOK at the problem. I remembered how amazing the people at Fusion were for me, and thought, maybe they can help. Well, not only did they help, they did it for me the same day, in less than 3 minutes, and on top of everything, they didn't charge me for it. Everyone here has good honest hearts, and I felt protected and secure that any work they do on my car will be honest and top quality. Never go anywhere else. This is the best place in the city.

I've dealt with Frankie for a while now and always truly appreciate how honest and gentle he is on the phone. He has a good personality and I've never had an issue when I call and ask for random advice or have weird concerns. Got myself a second hand replacement rear bumper after a bit of a fender bender last year and had Wally Nicholls fix and paint the replacement bumper to match the factory colour for my 2006 Audi A3 Hatchback. Equally on par doughnuts with red deers doughnut mill. My kids refuse to eat no other doughnuts. I would drove to red deer but gas is too expensive

The people were really friendly, they did a wonderful job fixing my car, and they even detailed it which was something I did not expect. Really grateful for a good first experience of someone hitting my car (everyone is okay) and having to deal with insurance companies. Thanks so much!

They really did a great job replacing my broken window and repairing the dent on my car. Such professionals! My car looks so brand new again! Plus, the car smells so good inside! I am not sure if they put some perfume of some sort or did some detailing but I love it! They returned my car sparkling clean! Will def recommend!

Friendly staff. However, my bumper was not put on correctly, which inhibited the tailgate from opening all the way. That was addressed after a second visit. My rear sensors also didn't work, so I returned to have it addressed, but they still didn't work. I mean, they backed the truck up into the stall, twice, so I'm not sure how they missed that. Everything worked when I took it in for repairs, but didn't after two visits. Now, the dealership is going to replace them, after fusion botched the job. Sad thing is, the dealership recommended them. I had high hopes.

I will say that the truck was impressively cleaned when I first picked it up, so maybe their calling is a detailing shop.

Slow and they reused parts from my bumper that was in an accident like the fog lights, one side is brand new other side is the used one. Go somewhere else lots of better options out there.

When I had arrived at Fusion Collision with my Nissan Rogue Jennifer was very welcoming and helpful about getting my car looked at. Franky who checked my car was very helpful as well and had been extremely kind and straightforward about the issues they found with my car. I would highly recommend Fusion Collision with there excellent customer service.

** Had to get fuel today, the fuel door they replaced is also gouged on the inside edge. Photo attached. I honestly can't believe how poor of a job they do. **

I took my SUV in to have repairs made to the drivers side covered by Insurance.
Today I recieved it back and upon returning home to indoor light I have now found alot of poor quality fixes. I have attached photos to show the damage as best I can. Lets start at the back of the car. For the repairs the rear bumper had to come off, looks like someone had trouble as there are chips in the paint along the body line from someone prying it off. Add to that all the major scratches and swirl marks on the bumper sides, as if someone pushed it along the floor or forgot to hit it with a finer grit sandpaper after they lost control of the sander earlier in the day.

The rear quarter was replaced and painted, all good there, but let's take a look at the molding around the rear quarter window. It's all scratched to heck. Taking a look at the passenger side where no work was conducted you are greeted with a nice smooth and scratch free moulding.

Onto the front driver's door. It had to have the window seal removed and reattached. Or almost reattached. A good 1/4" gap to ensure water, ice and anything else can get in there and make it worse as time goes on.
It does slide down no problem, which explains why it was not noticed before I drove away but the slightest touch or vibration lifts it up.

The fact the passenger side is clear of scratches around the rear quarter window, the rear bumper is chipped all around the body joints and the driver's door seal is falling off shows how poor the workmanship or atleast the finishing is here.

I would not recommend this establishment. As it is Friday I will have to wait for Monday to find out their response to my complaints.

Super happy with Fusion! From start to finish I have nothing but good things to say about them! They made the whole process of bring in my car for a insurance clame effortless and did all the work to book me a rental and have the rental company pick me up.

And there quality of work is top rate! I did auto body in the 90's and was super impressed with how well they lined up my new bumper looked better then factory. And there paint work is superb! Can not see any transition on a fairly hard to match metallic blue. Where my car was hit now looks even better then it did new.

If you need body work and paint for your vehicle. I can think of no better place to take it!

My front tire popped while I was driving yesterday, luckily I was able to pull into Fusion parking lot. As I was getting ready to change the tire with spare, these guys came out and offered to help me (just saw me through office window and came out to see whats up) brought out the hydraulic jack and air compressor and practically changed the tire for me. I really appreciate everyone that helped me out. Would definitely use and recommend using these guys in future for any body work.

They are very professional. They helped me with my previous car. The quote is reasonable and the work is really good. Highly recommend this store.

Avoid this place at all costs. I took my Highlander there after someone broke my taillight. The trunk opened when we left it, yet when they returned it the button doesn't work anymore and they Refuse to fix what THEY broke. They say it's a recall, but they miss that it WAS WORKING! There's professional places on the city. This is not one of them.

This place went over and above fixing my vehicle as they took care of everything they could outside of the insurance company to make sure my vehicle lapse was as comfortable as possible

I had experience some issues in past and one of the worker did bad for the my truck.

But management came and shorted out the solutions.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I felt confident leaving my vehicle with them. My car was fixed in the time frame they said it would be and was very clean inside and out when returned. I will go back to them for any future needs. Thanks!

Just a great experience. Everybody was friendly and it only took 15 minutes before the estimate was finished. Someone hit my car on the front driver side corner when they cut me off. I made an appointment. They cleaned it up for me for free and gave me a very fair estimate. I would definitely go back and would definitely recommend fusion collision to anybody.
