Fusion Sushi, Downtown

I was at first hesitant to come to this branch because of the location and the ratings. But my friend and I were so hungry that we decided to go in anyway. I was surprised by the cleanliness, service and quality of food!
I usually take off the seaweed from my sushi but I decided to try it on with the seaweed but the taste was very subtle! Which I absolutely loved!

My friend and I did “All You Can Eat”.
Tip: To avoid paying for the leftovers, start ordering some appetizers first then move on to the rest of the food (sushi, sashimi, Thai, etc). Then order dessert.
Totally recommend the banana roll. It’s so good!

Food was good but the time management wasn’t nice we were waiting for 1 hours for our food. While my friends got their food I waited for another 1 hour just to get mine I am very disappointed at how they use there time management at this restaurant, I do not recommend to go here go to another fusion sushi in another area! …

Visited fusion sushi when i was in canada for a week and loved it! We got our food very quickly, even tho the place was very crowded.the food we got was good, we ordered sushi sets, maki sets, and rolls, which were all great, but just a tiny bit dry if that makes any sense at all.my favorite thing was actually the miso soup the food was served with! The staff were all nice and helpful, yet not invasive:) they got a cool service robot, which was a lot of fun to see! Due to there being a lot of people, i enjoyed the atmosphere less, but hey, that means the place is great if they have so many visitors:) highly recommend visiting if you are ever in downtown Calgary!

I love going there once in a while. You can order your all you can eat dishes through a tablet, and it's nice because you can see pictures of the food you are ordering.

Experience was awful. Host and servers can use a lot more service training. I don't recommend this restaurant

Servers are friendly, prices are decent and food is pretty tasty. I get takeout all the time and it often takes a bit longer than indicated but that's the only gripe. Great little establishment and definitely recommend.

Edit: Still stand by my previous statement. But had to knock off a couple stars because the inattention to orders. Today I pre-ordered an hour and a half ahead of time and when I showed up they hadn't even started the order. They pushed the order through while I was watching then told me I had come too early to pickup.

Great quality and freshness, we went basically just as they opened for the day so it was quiet and speedy.

Good variety of food. We loved the sushi roll and baked mussel. One thing that we don't like is the takoyaki it's not the same as before.

My partner and I come here all the time. When we think sushi, we think of this location! Out of all the fusions, this one is our favourite.

I enjoy the iPad feature and ordering from there. The servers are always making sure that your water is full and your empty plates are gone.

The food is just the best here! Very fresh and prepared incredible! So so tasty!

Pleasant little area. Very very clean, including the well cleaned bathrooms. I just love this one, and my partner and I will continue to be frequent visitors!

Rolls are good and they follow special requests really well most of the time. There’s just kind of a learning curve to figure out the specific things on the menu to avoid. My mistake today was ordering dessert — fried bananas — and they use the nastiest bananas, the super stringy kind that are brown without being overripe somehow. Kinda nauseating

How much ginger should there be for 6 rolls?
If you don't have ginger, tell me, I'll get you a pack.

It's a shame for a sushi restaurant to put that much ginger in a batch.

Great variety of food, the flavors are delicious, and you can eat as much as you want. We were 4 people, we paid almost 50 dollars each, I've been there several times.

All you can eat Lunch.
Be careful not to over order.
Good food.a mite pricey,
However prices are up all over.
Enjoyed the sushi and tempura.
