My daughter is always happy when I go to pick her up at the daycare, the staffs her so warming. I am stuck with this daycare?

Thank you to the staff and director for the amazing job you do and have done with our two kids. As we are taking a leave of absence for a few months we will miss you and recommend you to anyone looking for childcare.

We have two children enrolled in this daycare (in different classes). Parents are welcome to drop in and check on their children at ANY time. The director and teachers are experienced, professional, friendly, patient, caring, dedicated, and are easy to talk with. Each teacher has their gifts and experiences, and they work together to provide our children with the best care possible. They are great with our children, even when our children are having a rough day and tantrums before we drop them off.
Our children enjoy story time and the many activities they engage in (e.g. Playing inside, painting and crafts, learning to count, learning the alphabet, learning to sing children songs, playing outside in the enclosed sand-filled playground, going on field trips to safe places, etc.). They also enjoy the lunches that are included, they love the teachers and enjoy the company of other children, and the teachers help them with potty-training and getting them into a nap-time routine that works. They are taught to respect one another, they are taught to share, they are taught about fire alarms and how to exit the building safely (and practice fire drills on a regular basis).
Before field trips are planned, the director (and others) visit the locations first to get a sense of how safe and busy it is. If it is deemed safe and not too busy, then they plan a field trip to the location. If, for whatever reason, the place is deemed unsafe or too busy / crowded (i.e. Potential to lose kids) on the day of the planned field trip, then the field trip is rescheduled for another time (or location) rather than place the children in any potential danger.
If one or both of our children become sick, we are contacted immediately so we can pick them up. The same system is in place if any of our children become seriously injured (my kids are active and get minor injuries all the time) ; but neither of our children have been seriously injured. My wife and I have been kept up-to-date on our children (e.g. Struggles and accomplishments), as well as milestones (they're using the potty!) and other things (planned field trips, our children have had a good or bad day, etc.).
All in all, my family is very happy with this daycare and the way they have been taking care of our children. My wife and I think the director and teachers are amazing, and we highly recommend this daycare to any family.
As for the person who allegedly had a bad experience, I'm sorry that they feel that way. Our experience with this daycare has been thoroughly positive, and we can't imagine a better or safer place for our children.
