Honestly such a life saver having this in Canmore. Broke my glasses and they fixed them right up and did an adjustment for me. So so thankful they were in town or I would've been stuck without glasses for a few weeks. Also stocked up on my eye drops too

Excellent service. Went in for a broken nose piece and the staff were friendly, helpful, and fast. And I hadn't bought my glasses there. Will definitely consider for my next pair.

I am a client of FYI doctors in Calgary. I lost a screw on my prescription sunglasses while visiting Canmore. Trina was very welcoming and worked hard find the correct size screw to reattach the arm so I could continue to use them on what I am sure is one of the last bright sunny days of the fall!

On a girls weekend and my glasses needed adjustment. We stopped in at FYI Doctors and Trina was so kind and offered to fix them and on top of that she gave my glasses a spa treatment. My glasses are like brand new. Thank you Trina your customer service and is beyond a 100%

The staff at FYidoctors in Canmore are amazing. We are on a tour and just stopped in Canmore for an hour or so this afternoon. This morning one of the lens on my husband’s glasses popped out. We stopped at FYidoctors, they noticed the arm screw had fallen off. They fixed it right away and didn’t charge us anything! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. If we lived in the area, I’d definitely go here for all my eyewear needs. Can’t recommend then enough!

What a wonderful experience at fyi doctors today. Trina was so helpful and friendly. She fixed my sunglasses today (that I hadn’t even bought at this shop) and also noticed a few other things to make them fit better. Next time I need new glasses, I’ll be coming here.

I went to FYidoctors a couple days ago and Courtney was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful. I would highly recommend this place to get your glasses fixed.

While vacationing in Canmore, my prescription glasses lost a screw! I walked in to FYI and they were able to replace the screw and send me happily on way! While I was there, I checked out their selection of frames and sunglasses. They have a GREAT selection of Maui Jim sunglasses, which if you spend time in the mountains or on the water, you know these are the best! Everyone was super friendly and helpful and I highly recommend! Thank you FYI!

My name is Misha and I am visiting Canmore as an international student at the local junior high school. I always wear my vision glasses at school, while doing homework on my desk or when I watch a movie or a tv-show. However, after 2 years of successfully and safely wearing them, they broke just because I bent my glasses before going to bed.

The temporary solution for this issue was to stick the right arm of my glasses with lenses using a basic tape. Unfortunately, it worked only for 4 days and they were on the verge of breaking again. That was an obvious sign and occasion for my grandpa and me to ask for a FYidoctors help. When we entered the store, there was a nice shop assistant who was pleased to help us fix my vision glasses. Ultimately, she fixed them in just 10 minutes and they even looked like they were just recently bought.

To conclude, as a client, I would definitely recommend people to visit this shop because the work will be done as fast and quickly as possible, and finally, as another advantage, I can say that they didn't charge any money for this work and it was really nice from their side.

Incredible customer service! I had a little accident with my glasses while in town so I made an appointment to have them fixed. A very friendly lady named Tara was able to help me put them back together again the same day at no charge (totally unexpected!). I don't know what they did but they somehow fit even better than before.

I had (what I considered) a SUPER HUGE crisis. While on a mid-week outing with my wife celebrating our 20th anniversary, one of the lenses casually fell out of my glasses. So there I am, trying to celebrate while being unable to read beer, wine and food menus. I popped into FYI and was greeted by the sweetest lady (whose name I totally forgot to get for this review). She was understanding and incredibly helpful fixing the lens seating and giving my glasses a quick fitting tune up. Friendly, and a great representative of how businesses used to be. I felt special and very helped in my moment. Thanks so much to the lovely lady, you saved my vacation and I'm so appreciative for your assistance.

This business and ladies working there are awesome. All my glasses got fixed for free. They cleaned 3 pairs of glasses and tighten them to fit my face. I can wear them all again. So happy! They are passionate in what they do and go the extra mile for all their customers. Great first time experience!

We have been going to Fyi doctors as a family for many years. Once again they have proven themselves to be efficient, friendly and accommodating. My son had bent the arms of his eyeglasses on a backpacking trip. I took them in and on that very same day they were able to fix them.

I dropped in to have my very cheap Drug Store reading glasses fixed as one of the arms had fallen off and the screw had mysteriously disappeared. An hour later I returned to find them as good as new, beautifully cleaned and, best of all, no charge. This is excellent service and I will certainly return when I next have a problem with glasses.

Extremely kind and patient staff. The branch manager, Megan, goes above and beyond with customer service. The staff at FYI truly want their customers feeling happy and comfortable with the services & products they provide.

I'm not the type of person to write a review or walk out of a sunglass store but that woman running the desk there was hands down the rudest person ive encountered in years. I arrived there at 4: 40pm, they close at 5. Immediately upon walking in, she told me "IF I can find a pair of sunglasses within 5 minutes" she would ALLOW me in. She then rushed my wife and I into the bathroom to wash our hands. She then basically told me not to touch and sunglasses or try any on unless I knew FOR SURE those were the ones I wanted. I asked about polarized lenses and she told me they might have some and that id have to look harder. She then said something else rude and by this point I'd had enough and walked out. If I'm going to drop 400 dollars on a pair of sunglasses they certainly won't be from a horribly rude person like herself.

Had an overall good experience. Went in to get the nose pieces on my glasses replaced and they got it done no problem in a couple minutes. Great customer service as well and I highly recommend.

I went in to FYidoctors Canmore location on July 3rd, 2020, to get my glasses fixed. The lady was very helpful, very professional. She recognized me as her local bus driver. My glasses were fixed quickly. I depend on my glasses, to drive and keep the public safe, so it was a great experience. I can't thank her enough. Wonderful.

I was in Camore on vacation and forgot my contacts. I stopped into FYidoctors Eye Care (walked right in) and not only did they help me with getting my proper prescription they even had some contacts in stock. The front office staff was phenomenal and the Doctor on hand took the time to ensure the contacts would work for my vacation. I would recommend FYidoctors as the go to place for all your eye care needs in Canmore, Alberta.

Very helpful and friendly. We walked in unannounced seeking assistance to repair a pair of glasses (purchased elsewhere) where the lens had fallen out. 10 mins later, glasses fixed at no cost. Fantastic service, which is what we've come to expect in all our encounters in Canmore. FYidoctors Canmore are highly recommended for their efficient friendly service.

Best price and value, and excellent customer service! Lens prices were lower than other local optometrists, and even one of the large chains in Calgary. Dr Chin has a helpful chair-side manner, and the gals at the front desk are wonderful and make the process very smooth. Glasses arrived quickly and I love them!

Stopped in today to have my glasses adjusted. The ladies working were super friendly. Fixed my glasses and gave me some lens spray with a cloth for free, even though I was willing to pay for it. Amazing customer experience!

I dropped by FYi this afternoon to see if my reading glasses could be repaired. They’ve kind of been neglected with bent arms, etc. The super helpful staff reshaped the arms, fixed the broken arm and cleaned them up in a matter of minutes. Even though I’m not a patient (yet!), they did this free of charge. I was really impressed by their friendliness and helpfulness and will definitely go back when I need my next eye exam and/or glasses.

Excellent service and Dr. Copeland was amazing. I've been wearing glasses for 36 years and Dr. Copeland suggested I try a new type of lense. I've never seen so clearly in my entire life. I will suggest this location to everyone. Outstanding Doctor and staff, thank you.

Absolutely love this clinic. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Especially when Jenn is visiting from the Banff Clinic. She's amazing.

I went there expecting a one-stop-shop service but unfortunately wasn't the case. VERY VERY limited selection of sunglasses. I had to take the prescription and go somewhere else. They basically deal with one brand, Oakley. Rest are hanging for a design/display purpose only. Very disappointing!
