We had been waiting for a service appointment for 4 days and when we arrived we got following: lots of people are sick today and we don't see your appointment and so on. As the result my car has not been fixed before vacation, my kid skipped a school and my wife wasted her vacation day. And we got - sorry we can't do it this week. Really disappointing.

Good service, nice people. The electrician is amazing, found and repaired a malfunction that couldn’t be detected at the other two services. Special thanks to the management, I had problems with my credit card, they allowed me to come and pay the next day.

So i dropped in without an appointment expecting a long wait however the “guys “ were on it in a flash and I was out within an hour. Happy as a clam I might add. And my pocketbook didn’t feel too much lighter. Lol

I have been going to Galaxy for the past 4 years and I must say Shafiq and his team are the most trusted folks when it comes to my vehicles'' maintenance needs on both my German and Japanese makes. Be it electrical (aftermarket camera install) or mechanical (brake work etc.) or regular oil change, I always rest assured as Shafiq and his team do great work at very reasonable prices and provide the most optimal maintenance advice. These guys are LIFE SAVERS. I came in with an emergency situation that needed to be fixed ASAP. I am from out of town and broke down on my way driving across the country. These folks got my truck Monday morning and by Tuesday morning they had sourced and installed a fuel pump and fuel filter to get me and my partner back on the road through the Rockies. Forgot to comment when I left a review. The guys at Galaxy are AWESOME! The company I work for takes all our cars there and they are quick, efficient and inexpensive! They get us back on the road as quickly as possible with no issues! I've even brought my personal car there for minor repairs and paid very little but got excellent results! A friend of mine referred me to Galaxy auto and i have been going ever since and now refer my friends here also. The service is phenomenal, the owner is honest and ensures that my vehicle is ready for the road every time.

I am from Saskatoon. I was going to banff and we have a stay in Calgary for two days, in between my car gave my some trouble, someone recommend this shop and i called Shafiq Bhai, he took my car in short notice of 10 minutes and diagnose the problem and accomodate my car on priority basis. He is very friendly and honest and will go out of the way to give you all possible solution. Price are also very reasonable in comparison. Mechanics are very professional. Great place to visit if your car giving you trouble. I will highly recommend this auto shop.

Great team working here. Shafiq has been my mechanic for over 3 years. He was recommended by a colleague of mine who said he was trustworthy, honest and would take care of my car like it’s his dad’s. Well I have to say that Shafiq has given me the best service, easy to reach when my car needs to be fixed and honest in all his dealings with me.

I recall a few years ago I had a problem with my key not working, after spending 3 hours on the car we discovered the problem. Shafiq didn’t charge me a dime for the time spent.

I recently got an aftermarket back-up camera installed in my car. It was a complex installation. The Galaxy team did a great job on installation, troubleshooting and making this complex installation work at a very reasonable price. Car was being held here after a collision while waiting for the insurance company to tow it. Asked the owner about retrieving my belongings from the car and he proceeded to shout at me. Highly unprofessional.

I brought my car in to have a drive belt replaced. I told them the power steering return line was damaged and needed to be replaced also. When they started working on it they replaced the power steering pump and waited till end of the day to show me the return line was damaged (which I told them about in the morning). They also waited till they got the power steering pump before telling me there is a recall on the part and that the dealership would have done it for free.
The next day they patched the return line and didn't tell me that was their plan till it was done and still charged $800 for work they recommend getting redone by the dealership.

Nice customer service and competitive price for repair. Fixing is done efficiently and they don't push for unnecessary repairs.

Worst mechanic place to go i never recommend this place to anyone. They guy in the front harvinder is a sweet taker and dishonest and the mechanic ShaFiq is fraud.
Stay a way from this auto mechanic place.
They don’t know what they are doing and charging for problem which are not there.
They ask me to Change shocks, strusts and issue still persist.

Awesome shop. Not only do they fix what you are there to get done they also do a full inspection of your vehicle and tell you steps to take care of it. They also always show me exactly what part needs to be replaced and how it should be functioning to avoid extra charges for no reason, very honest guys. Awesome shop 10/10 would recommend

I am really disappointed with these guy's work. Came in for a 2nd wheel alignment and paid even more from the first time I came in.the 2nd time it felt like they did nothing on the car and made me pay even more. So I called and stated my case. They asked me to come the next day so I did but still nothing has changed. My steering wheel is still not straight LOL and they said they have limitations.wow really? ! And they charged me more from the first time.this company is a whack dont waste your time and money. Did not even tell me reasons why they aren't able to align my car.if there is a negative star, thats what I would give this guys. I am sorry but that was my experience with these guys.not trustworthy. GREEDY!
