If I could I would give negative stars. Paid for 3 lanes and got kicked out for no reason. No refund even tho we paid $200!

The experience was really good, customer experience was amazing and the bowling experience was really amazing

The customer service person was RUDE. The big fat bald guy with glasses was passive aggressive. We went there to have fun but his behaviour affected the mood. I did not liked the way he looked at us and he was definitely not accomodating. Very bad customer service and that bald guy was super rude. I am not going there again. They should seriously fix this guy's attitude. We will definitely not recommend this to anyone.

Came here for a friend's birthday party and had a great time! I always used to come here and it is the better place in town for bowling. The best time to come is when they do glow bowling later in the day.

A heads up to any adult groups coming here, there are always young kids doing parties here as well so do mind that if you don't want screaming kids as a possibility when you come. They do have a bar area and you can drink while you bowl which is always fun. They also have pool and darts in the bar area as well which is separated from the general bowling area.

Food is always mid but that's not why you come here. It's more nostalgic ordering a personal Pizza Hut pizza than anything else really.

Bowling was fun, however when we asked for bumpers for the young in the group we were told no. They then went to the next lane over and put the bumpers up for a group of young adults. Did not understand the reasoning and felt disappointed.

The fella at the front desk isn't so kind to deal with, felt like our group wasn't welcome and it was a chore for him to serve us.

Fun place to go for bowling. They weren't busy at all on the evening we went, but they asked about bookings anyway and said they were a good idea.

Went here during family reunion. Great fun. I haven't been bowling in a long time and want sure if I'd like it. Turns out it was a lot of fun and this location was awesome. Nice ambiance. Place looked clean and staff were helpful in getting us started as well as troubleshooting lane problems. It was an enjoyable afternoon. Would definitely come here again.

If I could give less than a one star, I would. We waited 30 minutes for them to figure out our broken lanes and never offered a discount or free drinks or anything. Then moved us lanes that also didn’t work. We paid to sit here and watch them try to fix the broken alley. Will not be going here again or suggest it for anyone.

Employees were quite angry and unfriendly definitely don’t recommend. Our waitress was sweet tho

BAD SERVICE.refused us at the door when we presented our C O V I D vaccination, IDs and masks JUST because we are not from Lethbridge! Would not recommend!

Debbie and Alex treated us to a wonderful night of bowling. They made our experience unforgettable, never had a single problem with these 2. They deserve gold metals for how hard they work I really hope they are recognized for how well they treat customers on a daily. Keep up the good work, will be back strictly for the service these 2 provide.

Whenever I come up from the states to visit my Canadian family we come bowl here and it's always a blast! The wings are SOOOOO good, the staff is friendly, and I think the bowling bawls are magical because I always bowl really really well

Soo 4 oldies went to bowl sunday aug. 8th. To celebrate 2 anniversaries and my birthday.the game for bunch of novices. Fun! But.one person in our small group has a "medical condition" that G2 on steady basis would help.the qoute manager. Drae.despite begging and pleading for her deal.would not bend on qoute policy.big thumbs down.

The bowling experience was super fun! However, when it came down to food we decided on pork bites. I believe pork bites are 9.75, and we added waffle fries to share. The waffle fries were excellent but the pork bites. This is what we got for almost 10 DOLLARS.apparently it goes by weight (when we questioned). But I can't imagine anybody who would spend 10 dollars on this amount of food.

Went for an afternoon of bowing and pizza with my family and the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Alex and our server (did not get his name) definitely went above and beyond to give our family the afternoon enjoyment we needed. Thanks guys!

I love bowling. Also I totally took the best pee of my life in their bathroom. It's like a dollar for a refill, I don't know what they expect me to do with a deal like that. Also their pizza is the best. Very greasy though so make sure you bring wet wipes. Lucky for me I always keep wet wipes on me at all times since 2018.

Went on a Saturday at 8 pm. We surprisingly had the place to ourselves. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Had a wonderful time:)

Went for a work event. A young girl was our server. She was fantastic and seemed to be happy to help us.

Took the kids for a birthday had a great time.really nice bowling alley.staff was great and they do serve alcoholic beverages

Was lots of fun as our O&H Constr league got rolling again. Look forward to a great season.

Was pretty good. Could be a little darker in the bowling alley during cosmic bowling. Overall pretty good experience though. Would definately go again.

Good place to go bowling, reasonably cheap and it's a cool place for a birthday party. Shoes are ok there.

Had my wife's birthday party at Galaxy Bowling and we had a lot of fun. My one criticism is the reliability of the facilities. One of the lanes we had kept breaking down over the hour we had the lane booked. We were able to just finish our game before the time ran out. I was very grateful to the gentleman that was working that night as he came running every time the machine was down. Overall a great place to go bowling.

Family out going. It was great till the black light was turned on. If the bowling lines where better lit then it wud not have affected the experience so mutch. Shears

Come on you know you love bowling. Everybody loves bowling. Who doesn't love bowling. Like seriously come on out and enjoy bowling. The pizzas okay

Nice facility with great lanes and equipment. Reasonable rates if you can bring your own bowling shoes. Pizza Hut onsite for food and bar/lounge offers good selection of drinks. Unfortunately they wouldn't let us finish our game even though we were in last frame, which was disappointing given there was no one waiting on the lane. Looking forward to a better experience on the next visit. Busy place so be sure to phone ahead if you are bringing a group or want to stay a while.
