We bought some popcorn from the mall and the lady who checked for the tickets said you are not allowed to bring food from outside. We said sorry and asked could we take it inside only for today. She said yes but dont make a mess. We were looking at each others face like are you serious. Popcorn we had in our hand was nicely packed that they wont fall. But the people behind us had popcorn they are selling and those people were already making a mess there because that bag is not good enough to ask people not to make a mess. I know its your business we understand if people bring popcorn from outside you dont get the expected revenue. But theres a nicer way to say that. Just because we didnt buy your regular popcorn that doesnt mean you can treat people in two ways!
Went to watch indiana jones, Hunter helped me at the till and he went beyond expectations! Made the experience so much better and the popcorn was awesome! Thanks hunter!
Highly overpriced and some screens are very small. I'd suggest the movie mill if your not picky about what movie your seeing much more friendly pricing
I really like how you now book specific seats. Makes the whole experience I lot better. Decent service and online ticket purchasing is very simple. Cineplex Club is a great deal too.
Great movies to watch, comfy chairs, but overall customer service is really poor, had issues buying tickets Noone running the ticket counter and manager would rather hide in the back then help solve the issue. Was told to figure out the issue on phone or self serve machine.
Very expensive but great movies. I took my granddaughter to a matinee and for the two tickets & a share combo of medium pop, medium popcorn & a treat totaled $60.39! Yikes!
Just wish that every movie wasn’t 3D…can’t watch the 3D version. Was going to bring a group to Titanic for the 25th Anniversary but it only seems to be in 3D.
Screens need to be replaced, sound system needs an upgrade and where are the Vip reclining chairs? Good time for an update, Lethbridge is getting behind considering how much you pay to see a movie.
I love the larger, reclining seats and the smaller theaters. It doesn't feel like a cattle car and has ample elbow and leg room. Concession is standard, but I hear they have a VIP feature for more of that "Dinner and a Movie" vibe. Took them long enough to capitalize on that all under one roof.
