Always lines, rarely the games you want. Lots of tat though if you want super Mario underpants or a vinyl figurine. Thing is, I was going in for a game. And next time, I'll just buy online.

Terrible service. Sells a damaged box for an expensive system and tells me the product is not damaged. Goes on to tell me they are all like that and some worse. Gives me concern for what happened tontheir shipment and what is inside. This location has long had problems like this and needs new management. Recommend going anywhere else. Perhaps best buy or London drugs for new consoles. I'll be trying to exchange this at another location or just return it altogether.

Great place for gamers and collectors, good clearance selection and they also keep high stock most of the time.

I called about a Luffy figure and the lady didn’t even bother to check if they have the figure I’m looking for. She just told me too check online which it’s not showing in their website. Everytime i ask about something here they don’t even check.

Standard ebgames in the sense of what they offer but their customer service sets them apart. The staff are attentive and very knowledgeable when it comes to games, the individual who helped me gave me great recommendations.

Stopped into GameStop today and had a great experience with Conor! He was so friendly and talkative and very knowledgeable! He did his best to help us out, outstanding customer service from Conor.

Way too crowded and on a busy day they had one person on a till. I spent 10 minutes in line waiting (only 3 people in front of me) and ended up leaving because only one person was checked out while i was waiting.

This location has a pretty good selection of nerd related items. One of the best I have seen when it comes to collectables
