This particular store is pretty small even for a GameStop. Friendly staff. Funko pops were chaotic to find anything.

Fix your damn phones! And last time I was in there your associate laughed when I was buying a game and the first copy they gave me was damaged a little so I asked for a different one in better shape. I saw THREE lazy workers that didn’t wanna open a box to get my game because there was three boxes stacked and the game I was looking for was the one on the bottom. I could never get away with that kind of laziness at my job.

Best service ever! Daryle is a rockstar, he went above and beyond. I was looking for a specific item that they did not have at this location, Daryle sourced what I was looking for at another location. When his shift ended he drove to the other location picked it up and brought it back so I could purchase. I had mall gift cards to use so it was better for me to buy at the mall location and Daryle made this customer ecstatic. I can't thank him enough and he has made me a customer for life! Thank you Daryle!

The employee who assisted me, was fantastic she help me all that i needed and answered all of my questions, and was just great. But I had noticed when I had visited this location a previous day that an employee was left alone on the floor, from what I can only assume as being the manager of this location not assisting the employee but only sticking his head out from the back room once in a while.

It's very crowded area, but overall it's a decent spot for geeky shopping.

Worst Gamestop ever. Employees are unhelpful and useless. I asked for an specific collectible item and the girl with black hair and glasses lied and said that they sent it to another location, when I went there some week after I saw the item out on the shelf.

I just walked by the store. I do not play games. But seems like nice place if your not into the outdoors.

Very rude and unprofessional. I hate going to this particular store, they treat customers as if they are giving stuff for free. One of the worst stores I ever went in my life! Not going here anymore!

If I could, I would give it less than one star. My boyfriend called to reserve a game. He specifically asked how long the game could be held for. The employee on the phone advised him that they would hold the game A DAY. We both worked that night which is why he asked how long it would be held for (it was the only gamestop with a copy left) we went the next morning and were there right when they opened the door. The two employees working proceeded to tell us they actually only held the game until the end of the day and had already sold it to someone else. The employee was very rude, smug, and not friendly at all. We had even tried to call the game stop the night before, right before the closed and at 10 am as we were walking through the mall and came to discover my boyfriends phone number had been also blocked by the game stop. This led us to believe the employee most likely took the game home for himself that night as it wouldn't have been sold to anyone else since we were the first people in the store. Will never go back to this gamestop.

Had some difficulties with a product that I got from this store, however one particular staff there was able to help me tremendously! Thank you so much Bryan, it was amazing customer server and he should be given a raise with how helpful he was! C:
