I brought my switch in to get traded in and when he was looking at it he used his nail to see if there was scratches and picked up a corner of a scratch making it even worse.

Have bought countless Pokémon cards at this place for my son, it’s sad to see the disappointment in his face, NEVER does he get anything, all junk but yet you go to Walmart n every now n then he gets good cards, I seriously think GameStop have resealed the packs after pulling out the good ones

So, almost every time I've been here, the staff have been incredible. They always offer to help you, and can totally help with most gaming-related issues. I've bought every game I own physically from this specific GameStop, and I plan on continuing to buy from here for quite a while.

I have been going to this location for about 2 years and can say honestly that the customer service is not very good, I thought for a while that it's probably just the industry but then I went to a Gamestop in Edmonton and was blown away by how nice and greeting the staff were compared to this Spruce Grove loaction. It is almost like you are bothering them by being there which is weird? I hope it gets better

I went in to buy some games for my kids but to stop. We're too busy talking about their cats and nerding out than to help me Worst experience. Poor service. Over priced.will never go back

I was rather disappointed with the staff at 17th NOV. 11: 45 pm. Late night pokemon release, exciting times. Was looking forward to picking up the long awaited copy of Pokemon. When I pulled up, lights were on, no closed sing displayed. I thought how awesome, managed to make it right after I finished work. I went to the door and the gate was part way down. So I waved at a couple of the employees to see if they would let me in or not. We'll, after making eye contact with two of them they turned their backs, moved from the front of the store and turned off the lights.if they were to come up and say "sorry were closed" that would have been fine. But instead they pretended to not see me and hid in the back until I left.wow.thanks guys.real cool.
