Gap

The staff at this place is terrible, they made me feel horrible, i spent money at the store by my wife's choice, otherwise i wouldn't even bother. I will definitely not return

Not a great Gap. They always seem to be understaffed (even before Covid) and the selection is pretty poor.

Went in today for a return for the first time ever. The manager was really nice and I received the best customer service ever! Thank you and I will come back again for sure.

Always helpful, caring and knowledgeable personnel. They really want to ensure you find what you are looking for without any pressure. It is the only Gap store in the city I will shop at, based primarily on the excellent staff.

Is messy in? I have purposely gone into the store usually within hours of opening for the day and there is one common occurrence. It is never clean, they need to place more care throughout the whole store. I have watched staff get lost in the mess as well. When I do talk to the staff they are pretty friendly, they just seem taken with the state of the store as we all do. I would like to see this fixed as soon as possible however it’s a regular trend as of recent, please fix this as soon as possible and stay on top of it

The quality of their clothing is definitely there, but I find that their stuff is over priced and the style is lacking for sure. I've picked up a few of their clothing items and been happy with how long they lasted, but not very attractive stuff I'm afraid.

There customers were pretty helpful they were nice but their selection wasn't the best but I would still recommend coming here just because of their prices and how comfortable their clothes are it's not the best places in this mall but it's definitely not the worst.
