Got katzkin installed, very satisfied with the product as well as the service.highly recommend this shop.

Krown Coat done for the first time on my older vehicle. Interested to see how it holds up. Process was smooth, droped off afternoon before and the vehicle was done by noon the next day. Staff answered all my questions and let me know what to expect as far as the next few hours/days of product dripping a bit on surfaces underneath the vehicle (normal). Overall, good experience.

Although the katskinz are a great product no one told me they would be cutting up my original seats while being removed. I had plans to re install them when I traded in the vehicle but that option was taken from me. Price also changed when it came time to pay “shop supplies “added for seat covers install. Need work on communication!

First time getting Krown for my vehicle cause the city decided to use salt again for the highways.

Dean at Garage104 was able to book me in swiftly. He answered all my questions and was very understanding on what i needed for my tacoma.

The trchs did an amazing job spraying and cleaning my undercarrige and the krown rustproofing was very liberally applied.

I had a remote starter installed and it didn’t operate correctly. I called a king why it shuts off forcing me to restart every time and was told thats the way it works (very condescending and rude). Now have an $700 piece of electronic junk attacked to my vehicle. STAY AWAY, find a reputable installer.

Huge waste of time and money. I got my window tint done a few months ago and these air bubbles have been there since day 1. I've gone back 4 extra times (spent hours driving back and forth) to fix this and other problems, but this is what it looks like as they refused to do anything about it. So much for their warranty.

No reputable shop would consider this work acceptable, and I'd never trust this place with my car again. Save yourself the headache and go to a proper shop.

Went in to have the car started reprogrammed. They wanted the car for half a day. I ended up doing it myself in 3 minutes in my garage.

I called the shop, spoke with a gentleman and explained to him what I was looking for, which was an alarm for my truck that would alert if someone was tampering with items in the bed.
I was told they could install a product that should do the trick, so I booked the installation.

Once it was installed, I tested it out at home that evening under conditions I'd expect to trigger the alarm, and I couldn't set it off while I stood in the truck bed and bounced it.
The next day, I called and explained that to them, and they told me to drop it off again and they'd make some adjustments.
This was a day before leaving the city on a three week vacation, and after getting it back with 'adjustments', there was no change.
They told me after this call that I'd need a new (different type) of sensor, and they'd have to order it in, and it could take a week.

After almost three weeks away, nobody called, and once I called them to see if the part had arrived, they gave me a story about shipping delays, and that it should be in soon.
While I was away, the trucks airbag sensor came on, and I noticed when I used the new remote starter, my dashboard would stay lit up with all warning lights until the vehicle was turned off for a while and later started again.

I made another appointment to bring the truck in to have the sensor installed, and have them address the issue with the remote start not working properly (which they said was probably a firmware update), and while waiting for that appointment, booked my vehicle into the Dodge dealership to address the airbag sensor.

The dealership called me and told me that whoever installed the alarm/remote start, did a poor job, and it triggered all kinds of issues. They told me to call the shop before they put dash back together and ask them if they'd be willing to cover the bill to repair the issue.
I did just that, and this is when I was told by the guy on the phone at Garage 104 that "they've been doing this 25yrs", and the installer has "15yrs experience", and proceeded to tell me that the dealerships don't know what they're talking about. He told me to not have it fixed, to bring back in again, and they'd sort it out.

So, I brought it back. Some lady called me towards the end of the day and asked "are you coming to get your truck? ". So I went. When I arrived, I was met with one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had.
They removed the alarm/starter without telling me, didn't fix the airbag light, and handed me a cheque for my installation cost, minus the money I had to spend at the dealership (which I need to now spend again to actually have it fixed), and said "We took it all out, nothing we can do". The end.

So, to summarize; poor product knowledge and recommendation, bad installation, inability to take the blame on a bad install, four completely wasted days of time off work, arranging rides, etc, no call for weeks on a new sensor and approximately $600 out of my pocket on top of all that to have Dodge reverse the mistakes that were made causing the sensor fault.
Sure, silver lining is that I got a refund on my installation, but who's compensating me for all my time off and cost of dealership repairs for Garage 104's mistakes? Not them.

Do you research, make sure you know how your product is supposed to behave, be very clear on expectations and test everything before leaving the shop!

Amazing service as always. Very friendly staff. Everything goes so clean and precise. I take my vehicle for rustproof to them every year. And I am from Grande Prairie. It worths it to go all that distance.

Took my 2023 RDX in to have a few spots repaired on the inside of rear hatch and door.
Price given, time booked and very friendly individual.
This place recommended by a dealership.
Vehicle left 4 hours. Picked vehicle up and had a quick look, all appeared well.
Got home and the one spot missed. Called Garage 104 and asked why this was not complete. Response given “oops “ I dropped the ball!
I was told that the person that does this work, is a mobile unit. The fellow told me he would have the repair man call me.
10 days - no call.
The work that was done was excellent

I have taken my car to get lots of work at garage 104 and it's always been superb. They have always been on time and quotes have been reasonable. Great service! Would highly recommend.

This was my second visit to Garage104. My first visit involved adding sound proofing time the underside of my vehicle. Based on their excellent customer service, I would highly recommend them.
Having used the Seat Cover Centre many times in the past, they are now part of Garage 104. Knowing their solid reputation, the combination creates a business with a much wider scope of services.
Yesterday, they replaced the worn out fabric on my driver's seat (fabric is a perfect match), and rebuilt the foam cushion at the same time. Once again, they provided excellent service and workmanship.

This is the third vehicle Garage 104 has completed for me, dating back to 2016. Great service and an amazing product. I had the full 9 yards and my Jag looks pristine! Thanks to Dean and his crew!

Very friendly, very helpful. I ran out of wire doing a car stereo installation so I popped by to see about picking some up since they are in the neighbourhood and they were so nice and helpful. Thank you!

Nice clean install but the GM there never called me back twice after he said he would. I had to call them for updates and when I did I didn’t get any answers. Just they were working on it and they’d call me back in a few minutes. Hours go by and no return call. Stereo install was 9 hours. I get that there’s hiccups but I wasn’t ready for the final bill when they estimated 4-5 hours. I even brought all the parts and pieces weeks before the install date to make sure everything was correct and I was assured it was and everything looked pretty straight forward. They knocked off an hour for the rental I needed while they had my wheels but damn! Like I said, nice work but the communication with me was terrible. Feeling a little ripped off in the end with a 9 hour labour bill.
The install tech was killer. Good job bud! Looks great! 5 stars for the tech and 0 for the GMs lack of communication. I won’t be taking my truck back for the other work I want done and after this review I’m sure they won’t have me.

Very happy with our experience at Garage 104. We have taken 3 vehicles for tinting/3m and they have all been excellent. Would not go anywhere else.

They were very accommodating showing me the different types of tint on cars they had completed. Professional, courteous, & kind. Finished the tint & soundproofed my car in good time. I'm very happy with the job. Well done!

Absolutely great experience. I got my driver seat bolster replaced and they also polished out a ton of scratches from my hood after my dad tried to remove tree sap with a rough kitchen sponge. Received my 2011 SUV sparkling clean outside. Looks brand new and I couldn’t be happier.
