Best punjabi style store in Calgary. They have so many options veg or non veg to pick from. What makes it even better is their amazing customer service and knowledge about their products. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely pathetic experience and have had it 3 times now. The only reason I go here is because THEY CUT THE MEAT.staff (one lady/girl in particular) working here do not seem to have basic understanding of english or Hindi. After repeatedly telling her for small pieces, all I ended up getting was big chunks of meat.

If I wanted big chunks of meat, I would’ve brought it from walmart or costco. And this has happened to me 3 times in a row now.

Word of advise to the management - fire the lazy sloths and hire someone who understands customers asks

Nice place good food atmosphere is very nice like the place recommend the place very nice the service is very good the place is very good.

It's very very great place to buy raw meat and grilled. And the food quality is excellent, And the staff is very nice.

Today I took chicken and it was so delicious. And the place neat and clean. Moreover the staff is very friendly and helpful.

BEWARE EVERYONE panner stick costs me around 9$ this is double than it should be please reconsider your prices it is Calgary minimum wage is still 15$

I recently visited Garcha Meat Shop in Calgary and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The location in Jacksonport NE is clean and well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for.

Very very very disappointed. Bought 3 pound Goat Meat and we were given old meat. We have cooked the meat for over an hour now and it is still very very chewy.

We had our guests come over to our place and they were excited to eat the Goat but I am.very disappointed.

Will not buy goat from this location ever again. I wish I could give 0 stars to this location.

I remember when this place was new and the owner used to work here himself.he has put in lot of efforts and the result can be seen with 4-6 staff members now. The quality of the meat is excellent. Fish pakoda is delicious. One of the male employee with Tatoo has some attitude issues but overall excellent place to go if you need Indian style marinated Meat.

I went to this store for the first time…. Food was great…. And the girl over there was really nice and sweet and she recommended me few types of chicken…j forgot to ask her name but she have tattoo on her arm. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE OF THAT STORE…. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED STORE FOR THE CHICKEN AS WELL…

I am quite a bit late at posting this review but a big shout out to this place. They reached out to me to deliver food for Frontline workers at the foothills hospital during peak of covid when everyone was burnt out and any appreciation was encouraging.
I have been going there since they opened and there food quality has never disappointed me. Tons of different flavors per your liking and the option to get it cooked is really handy as well. Professional and friendly staff. I would % recommend this place.

Yesterday I been to that place at night. The girl in the front very helpful and soft spoken. That's the best coustmer service ever I had. The best Lemon and Herb chicken in YYC

We have always purchased mutton (goat meat) from Apna Desi Meat masala for many years and this is the first time we tried Garcha Meat shop. Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with the quality of mutton they sold to us. It was mostly bones and very little meat and they only had pre-cut small pieces. Moreover it possibly was old frozen and thawed meat. Guess it is time to say Goodbye to Garcha.

Horrible, rude and probably uneducated staff. Because none of their action revealed if they have any customer sense or etiquette.

With the reply from manager it seems like neither manager got any customers sense. Because he gave a very lame explanation that " oh we checked with our staff"

Seriously just by listening story from your staff definitely why they will admit what non sense they commit. Anyhow that's my last visit to this place. There are other Garcha's locations where staff is more courteous and professional.
