Garden Centre at Lowe's

They never have enough staff to assist you, and their parts selection never makes any sense. Lowes has always been horrible for this, and it is the reason why I always try to go to Home Depot instead! I'll be glad to see Rona take over these stores again, cause Lowes has always been horrible! This happens all too often, and I will never step foot in Lowes again!

Went to look at a washer & drier set. We had done our research and knew what we were looking for. The sales guy kept trying to tell us the 3 styles they had were exactly what we wanted which was not! We left there very disappointed. He had no idea what he was doing! Won't be buying from there for awhile.

I don't know what happened to Lowe's. They at one point were a better value more organized, tidier Home Depot. Not any more, the store is a shambles, they don't have most of what you are looking for and if they do it is way overpriced or of dubious quality and then to top it off they don't have any bags at the till and are blaming the government when their competition has compostable paper bags.

Online states 16 in stock and we go to the store to buy it and staff are clueless. 30 minutes later they state inventory problems

Bye far Lowe's has the best Garden Centre compared to other's. Rows upon rows of annuals, perennials, shrubs and trees ️. Plenty of lawn products also. Good prices too.

I loved it there at Lowe's the man who helped me was great. I got two bags of small white rocks both plastic bags had holes in them the rocks were coming out, they were $9, each he gave them to me $ 5.thank you for good service.

Bought an outdoor patio table today and The holes in one of the legs wasn’t big enough to accept the bolts that came with it. I went back to the store and the lovely ladies at customer service helped me out with a new leg. I went home put my patio table together… if it wasn’t for them my table would have three legs. Thank you ladies!

Good selection and decent prices.
BUT, this store fails miserably with having staff on the floor. I had to do my own searching of the store for a shower base that was in the top shelf, 12' up. It was frustrating not to be able to find a single associate to get it down.
The "help, " button at the plumbing desk didn't work. The associate in appliances had a line-up. An associate running around doing inventory said she would "send someone. "
(I could have taken it down myself, but, of course, the ladders are "employee only. ")
As a contractor, "time is money, " so I can't afford to stand around for over an hour wishing there was some help. I ended up ordering online and coming back the next day when it was ready.
Lowes: Good grief, hire some staff!

Still have plants at the garden centre. Found a few bargains as well as red a d white baskets for Canada Day.

Garden center was clean, plants looked healthy and Ioved they have put a variety of indoor/outdoor plants on display. Gives you lots of ideas. Good salsa on seasonal plants as well.
