Great service! Had my car towed there Saturday, without apt they had it repaired on Monday and sent me back on my way! Peter was friendly and communicated everything very well!

I was in here 4 years ago before covid, got nothing nice to say about the sales team. The guy who showed me the vehicle was newly trained so it’s not his fault. When I gotta sit down with the decision makers, two of them, they asked me to justify my offer, I told them to counter, and they did with full ask. Then they practically kicked me out after several offers I made. I mean, who buy a used car at full ask? Negotiations is part of the game, isn’t it?

Andrew and Zy offer incredible customer service and treat customers with upmost respect. Highly recommend Gary Moe Mazda!

I bought my first car from this dealership. I was really nervous about the whole process, but Amelia made the process super easy and comfortable! I had emailed initially requesting a quote for a credit inquiry, and Amelia reached out with a few options that would suit my needs. When I went out to see what they had in the lot, Amelia had picked out the option she thought would be best. And she was right! I took the vehicle for a quick test drive and knew it was the one I wanted. Thanks Amelia, and to the rest of the Gary Moe Mazda team, for making the process so simple and painless!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced from any company. Took forever (over 3 months) to get the correct part ordered, with little to no follow up from their staff- had to physically get the part myself because their follow through is horrendous.
As for contact, I have numerous times and do not wish to waste any more of my time.

Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the service guy. If it wasn’t for him it’d be a 1 star. After only a week of having a car I bought right out, not only does the AC not work, but evap system is failing as well. And they won’t fix it. Like seriously? After a week? I will NEVER RECOMMEND THESE CONS EVER AGAIN! Go some where else cause they guys only care about your money, not you.

I tried several dealerships in Red deer before going to mazda and found the experience amazing! Many dealerships were pushing for financing when I really wanted to lease. Mazda listened to me and came up with several options for me, within my budget. I have been driving my car a few months now and I am loving my SUV. Thank you to everyone at Mazda that made this happen!

Super place to purchase a vehicle. I have total trust with the Service Dept. They are thorough but only charge you with what your vehicle requires!

This place has left me incredibly unimpressed and disappointed. I am a female in my mid 20’s. I got a part fixed on my car and immediately noticed after install that the bottom trim on my driver-side door had been partially torn off. I had to confront the service team because I did not drop off my car like that. Whoever drove my car to the front most likely would have saw the damage, but no one even mentioned it to me. It took a few days for them to acknowledge their error, but later offered to replace the door trim free of charge. I waited 3 weeks for them to call me and no one did. I ended up calling them and they admitted to not notifying me that the part had come in. I came in for my appointment and the part I was told was in, hadn’t even arrived (I ordered a window trim piece at the very beginning of this, that is what had arrived). I asked if they could install it for me (I bought as a supply only part) to make up for the inconvenience of having to make 2 trips for these parts instead of 1. The man I was dealing with agreed and they installed it. I left free of charge. I just finished at my final appointment for the door trim, and they presented me with an invoice for the labour of the window trim piece they previously installed. This company is disorganized and lacks communication.

Excellent service! I recommend looking for Zai and Kaeden to help with your car needs. Jenny, the finance manager, is so friendly and nice as well. Keep up the good work!

Amelia was absolutely amazing. Great service, everything was taken care of same day and we went home with a brand new car and we love it!

In the end their dealership didn, t have the exact vehicle we were looking for but they are starting to receive more and more vehicles as time goes on.

Amelia and Brad were super helpful finding me the exact vehicle I was looking for. Brad worked very hard to get everything I was looking for and Amelia was super helpful showing the vehicle, answering all my questions and even when I had an issue after purchasing she was on it to make sure everything was taken care of. Jennifer was also very helpful getting the numbers to work even when I wanted to make a few changes she was amazing at making it happen and help answer my questions! These guys restored my faith in dealerships! Highly recommend these guys as they help every step of the way and are even there after purchase! Awesome team!

I worked primarily with Amelia and Jenn, and both were very kind, patient, & helpful, which I appreciate so much considering I’m both young, and a first-time buyer. I picked up my car within a few days of finalising the deal. Initially I was a little upset because I started hearing noises, but I talked with Amelia & she helped me get my car in to get it fixed the next morning, and even offered to give me a ride to work if it took too long! It didn’t take long at all, the service was very quick, only took about thirty minutes, and the mechanic was very kind! I can’t recommend this dealership enough. Such an amazing team:)

I cannot recommend Amelia at Gary Moe Mazda enough! She made the process easy and stress free. When shopping for a new vehicle in the past I felt very dismissed as a female. I found they always addressed my boyfriend although it was my purchase. Working with an all girl team Amelia (sales) and Jenn (finance) there was none of that.
