We had a great experience in this dealership buying a Mazda. There actually were no hidden fees! We were never pushed to purchase any add-ons, but Jaime explained all of them to us in detail. Chase walked us through the options of the car and set everything up for us for pick up. Overall, 5 stars!

Terrible customer service. Only time I heard from them is when I called them. It was clear that was the only time Casey in finance had my file open as well as he had no clue that I was approved until then. He did not bother doing anything on his end until I called. I know they are busy but taking five minutes to open a file and check the status is not a lot to ask.
I wasted almost a week waiting for Casey while calling and e-mailing. Finally I had enough and took my business elsewhere.

Great experience with our car purchase. Dan is fantastic to work with. Talking with him is like talking with a friend we just hadn’t met yet. The whole process was amazing even down to handling our first concern with the new car. The whole team works well together and has taken great care of us.

We love our new Mazda and hope it treats us as well as our last one (1 small issue at the beginning and nothing else for over 200,000 kms.) We love the Mazda brand, and this was a fantastic spot to custom order a new one.

I was beyond impressed by Dan Callaghan and Jaime! I was looking for a replacement vehicle for my mother who wrote off her vehicle when she hit a deer on the highway. We live in Edmonton and quickly found out that we weren’t going to find the car we wanted locally. We had to expand our search to the whole province. I somehow ended up connected with Dan when I started inquiring about a particular vehicle. He was awesome I didn’t feel any pressure and he answered every question that I had. I always find the dealership experience to be tense and stressful so I was really apprehensive about having to go through it again. I think they might’ve cured me of my anxiety about the dealership experience. It was just so easy and everybody was so nice. Jaime took care of our paperwork and helped us find an extended warranty that fit our needs. It was 10 hours of driving to go and purchase this car in Lethbridge but I can honestly say that we’re really grateful that it was definitely worth it. I wish this dealership was in Edmonton because I would love to be able to go there for the service. Thank you guys for turning a bad accident into a really positive experience.

Promised a 150$ credit as a check in the mail as part of our deal, been 3 months haven’t gotten it! No respect for dishonesty. Seriously.

Made me feel more valued as a customer, especially since this is the first time I’ve purchased a car through a dealership. 4-stars only because I feel as though there should have been a follow up before any review was posted (hopefully my review can be viewed as constructive rather than antagonizing, which is not the intent).

Bought a used vehicle, was told they could bring the price down to meet the payments we wanted. Instead of doing that, they just dragged it out over a longer time period so the vehicle is costing us $3000 more than what was promised, along with the additional interest. Great way to run a business, cheating your customers out of their hard-earned money so you can get a bigger commission. They also promised a follow-up to get a free oil change and have not heard a peep. As soon as they have your money they wash their hands of you. Would not recommend this dealership!

My wife bought a new car here several years ago, and they REFUSE to stop harassing her over the phone, trying to pressure her into buying a new car several times a month, despite asking them several times to stop. Needless to say, we will not be coming here for our next vehicle.

Purchased an SUV from Matt at Mazda and am very happy with the service I received. The after service shows that he doesn't just sell you a car and forget about you, you become a client he expects to look after for years to come.

I've dealt with this dealership for 4+ years since I purchased a used Mazda 6, my wife also has a Mazda 3.

They were really good before Gary Moe group purchased the dealership. Since then service prices have gone up, and if I'm being Frank everytime I've brought my vehicle in something has magically shown up that wasn't there prior to the service.

We just had diagnostic work done to find some known problems (engine/TCM issues). Prior to this I had another auto center change out all the brakes and rotors. Everything felt great driving around over the next week.

Queue diagnostic appointment. When I get the car back they tell me that the brakes have an abs problem. And lo and below my brakes which worked fine before the appointment now feel they aren't braking properly. Quote for 1000+, oh but we can order in a used part and it will only be 400.

This is the second time it feels like they've damaged something in order to increase the fee. Last time was just changing some brake pads. We sent it in to change the brake pads, and magically after service a sound pops up and theres a nick in the rotor. All of a sudden after they work on my car and put on new brake pads I have a grinding sound everytime I brake. Nicks and warps happen, but not during a stay at a mechanic shop unless you made the damage. Which they wouldn't bother to fix. Quoted me $750 for new rotors for the front end.

Also having a separate line item for "shop supplies" is bull, and not actually an industry standard, you charged me an extra $22 to plug in a diagnostic tool and maybe use 5-6 sheets of shop towel. Just build it into the quote properly and stop messing around with "the quote is X + taxes and fees", how are we supposed to know how much your shop supply fees might be? Or is that just how you charge for your staffing costs?

Basically pricing has increased and service levels have gone down dramatically. Cory was a great service desk, I wish they had him back.

My parents bought a car from Gary Moe Mazda and are very happy. Friendly and helpful staff as well as a great selection of vehicles. My next purchase will definitely be from this dealership. Highly recommend

Absolutely would not recommend. I bought my car there in September and have regretted it since. The salesman didn't know anything about cars everything that came out of his mouth was a lie. They gave me one key, one fob, and a broken fob which they won't do anything about they literally said take it to Hyundai they couldn't even be bothered to look at it. There is no block heater which I complained about and the sales manager Jeff said you don't even need one living here maybe 2 days a year then tried charging me $200 saying my battery was not working properly even though I took it to my mechanic right after who said it was in 100% condition. Terrible dealership I will never go back!

Just wanted to send a shout out to Dan Callaghan! He was trying to help me find a vehicle, but they just didn’t have what I was looking for in stock, so I ended up buying a Mazda in Edmonton. Dan was really great about it though, congratulating me on the new car. This is my first Mazda, and had it in the service department at Gary Moe and Shelbee Cyr was also extremely great to deal with and very knowledgeable. While I was waiting around, I also had a little chat with Nurudeen and he seemed like a great guy as well, so the dealership has done a good job attracting the right people.
