Bought a jacket for Christmas gift, very helpful staff, as the person I was buying it for was with me.

This team went aboce and beyond for me. I was there for business and the course I was attending ran the exact same as their business hours (including on the weekend). I believe it was Cathy (sorry if I am wrong), helped me make a purchase over the phone, sent me photos of the shirt options AND delivered it across the parking lot to the Holiday Inn where I was staying! Last weekend I went to GAHD for a windshield and in the show room was my dream bike, a 2020 street glide special in River Rock with a 114 and all the goodies. Darcy and the rest of the folks got me a good dollar for my 16, swapped over my seat and windshield and away i went. Could not be happier, thanks again

I currently ride a Victory but I am considering a HD for my next bike. Every visit to this store is a great time. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and they never put down other bikes.
For our Blue Knights conference convention they donate the use of a new bike to our international president.

Was in a pinch and needed a front tire for my bike. Every other Harley dealership was a month on back order. These guys had it fast and friendly service!

Parts desk staff is NOT helpful! Called the parts guy for his suggestions on a full exhaust for my 18 RGS. Told him I wanted a 2 into 1 something loud, deep and throaty but also has some performance gains.told me to look in the fatbook catalog online. I replied, I was asking for your reccomendation or suggestions. As he has sold probably 100s of them. His response was, look in the fatbook there is tons of exhausts online. Maybe parts isn't the people to ask this but if this guy couldn't help me, why wouldn't he pass me along to someone who is more knowledgeable rather than tell me to go online. Real good way to drive customers away. I'm sure his Manager will be thrilled to discover this is how he talks to customers. That's the last time I call them for parts or service.

I live in Calgary and I get my bike serviced and maintained, and get sometimes I pass by the parts and gear departments during my visit. The staff are professional, honest and super friendly, helpful and can definitely be trusted when it comes to serving my bike. It’s a long distance from Calgary but it’s totally worth it!

Just moved to Red Deer; I needed an OPI and was assisted by Q in the servive department at Gasoline Alley Harley Davidson. He was nothing shy of being amazing, having to go back a couple times and still remembered my name, my bike and the servive needed. The team has provided excellent services right out of the gate and made me feel very welcome not only to the dealership but also the community.

Big shoutout to GAHD for meeting all of my expectations. Jeremy was amazing to deal with right off the get go. Basically, I told him what I wanted over the phone, and the first bike he came back with, I bought before even seeing it.
