First - they solved my immediate problem. Second, they booked me for a tire change appointment the very next day and were VERY cost effective with my two new tires. They gave me a ride to work and offered to pick me up when the car was finished. I was spoken to like a person and not spoken down too. They are professional and friendly and my service center. Be smart.go see them.it was worth the time.

Gate ave service has serviced my vehicles a number of times, and nothing but great service. -31 outside and I needed air in my tires, went to gate ave service around closing time and they took the time to fill my tires, they never charged me for the service, this is what you call great customer service, Thank you

Terrible service. Called, asked if they could service my vehicle on Monday. I got yes, I asked again when I dropped off my vehicle and saw the lot and the full of vehicles, again, I was told yes, they could service my air conditioning and I could pick it up later on Monday. They called before noon said I needed an air conditioning compressor at the cost of $1376, I asked can I pick it up today, again they said yes. I said fix it. When I hadn't heard from them, I called at 3: 30 and asked is my vehicle going to be fixed today. Again, they said yes, I would be able to pick it up after 5pm. I'm getting ready to pick it up at 4: 30 and I get a call saying it isn't finished, the machine they use to recharge the air conditioning is broken and I could pick up my vehicle the next day. I had specifically asked continuously if it was going to be fixed that day because it was required the next day. I was given a filthy 'loaner' vehicle (it looked and smelled like someone had delivered a baby in the front seat - filthy). When I picked up my vehicle today I wasn't compensated for changing plans (we were supposed to delivery tires to a friend out of town), I wasn't even apologized to, I was given excuses. Don't go there. They will lie to you.

I was here at around 2: 30 pm. And got my oil changed in my 1990 Toyota Camry. The change was about 35 minutes and i was on my way. Iv heard horror stories about other shops so i stoped down the block to check everything and i was so pleased to see a brand new filter and nice new oil when I checked the stick.
Now to the staff. Chase was super friendly on the phone and also very knowledgeable and helpful in the shop. I had questions and for every question he had the right answer. Thank you guys again I’ll definitely be back for any needs i have down the road. Take care -leland

Run! Very dishonest and incompetent!
Changed oil which includes 40 point inspection but either forgot to inspect air filter or inspected then put back backwards!
2 wks after this day suv stopped running and we took again to this guy! This time said debris had broken MAFS air sensor! So changed that plus a few things we didn’t authorize to tune if $1200.00!
Still didn’t check air filter!
Off we go on trip to BC! Breaks down again! Towed again to Nissan dealer!
Said air filter was in BACKWARDS and caused both break downs!
Had to cancel rest of trip to Victoria cause they couldn’t fix right away!
Asked for refund on mafs sensor job and bill from Nissan in BC!
Said NO! He read somewhere that dirty air filter doesn’t cause vehicles to stop running! Or wreck the MAFS sensor!
ALSO
Charged us for new MAFS sensor when usually in 98%of time they just need to be blown clean! 5 minute job! Nissan Nanaimo just blew it clean!
Got us no matter what! Out $1400.00
Plus waisted trip!

They offer a loyalty program for oil changes.
Do 5 oil changes and the 6 th one is free.
It's a good deal, about every 2 years we get a free oil change.
It's fast too, under an hour and we are done.

The staff were friendly and professional and I had my tires installed quickly while I waited after work. I am really happy with the tires they recommended to me. Despite being booked up solid for the next 10 days, they happily offered to swap my tires the next morning and even managed to do my oil change at the same time.
