The customer service here is great, came in to buy a handful of parts for my quad and got all of them within minutes

I will not be going here again for anything of anykind weather its service or to buy anything as they had a bike i got and it had some issues and i had brought it in for repair and it had worked for about 5 minutes and it was broken down again overall they cant fix the issue for me and when i had called them about it all they had to say to me was i would like to help you as i would like to make a quick buck, i did not like to hear that and so i went in and they werent very nice in store either they just want the money they dont care about helping fix your issues with a product from there store so DO NOT SHOP HERE SHOP ELSEWHERE

Brought in electric scooter tire to have the new tire set. They set it then pointed out damage (caused by me) that makes the motor unusuable until fixed. All done for free!

Great experience, went on a long week on Monday, and they were very accommodating. We worked out a deal quickly and were able to drive away the same day with our kids' new quads! Highly recommended.

My first visit here came across poorly, however it was very busy and only one person able to make sales on a Sunday. So this is understandable. I spoke with the manager during the week Eddie and expressed my concern. He explained the situation to me, and to be honest was amazingly helpful. I have been back a few times since trying to find the right product. Well, I found it, and Eddie had to order it for me. These are the only Daymak deal in Edmonton, and after that first visit I would continue to business with them. Staff is friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

He gave clipped answers and put the phone down before I could ask more.
I felt under appreciated with no value.

Terrible customer service. From my multiple experiences the staff are extremely unhelpful. You'll be better off talking to a brick wall, that has more personality and drive to help you. Says alot.

Absolutely terrible customer service and extremely unorganized. I brought in my vsett 10+ Scooter For a tire change because my back tire got flat and they did that fairly quick only taking two days But the day after I got it fixed I was riding the scooter And all the sudden the back wheel started locking.since they fixed my back tire I thought it be a good idea to go back so they can fix whatever was wrong with my wheel. They told me I’d get a call from the shop with a diagnoses and price a week later I called them Because it’s been sometime and the guy on the phone said The mechanic told him it was a controller problem but just in case he’s going to double check with The mechanic and call back.another 2 weeks go by and still no call so I go there in person to see exactly what the problem was so I can just order the part and try to do it myself since I was over it but when I got there he said the controller has been ordered and it’s going to be delivered in 3 days so he gave me the choice to wait 3 more days, take my scooter right now that is apart in a whole bunch of pieces or I pick the scooter up in 2 days not fixed but at least put together since that’s When the mechanic is in the shop.so I said I’ll just wait for the part if it’s only going to take 3 more days but another week and a half goes by Still no call so once again I go there and they said the order was backed up and it’s going to take even longer so I said screw it and picked up my scooter still not fixed.they wasted over a month of my time they do not care for there customers and the only thing that can be Compared to the shop is a shady dealership. I do not recommend.

Best purchase that I have made in a long time. I came in looking for a scooter to use for daily commutes, while still wanting to get something that was fun and worth the money, and was recommended by the staff to get the Blade GT Pro. Don't regret it as the range on it is past 90km every single time, so I can use it for my errands and still have power left over for a good amount. It does have some serious kick too but the shocks, hydraulic brakes, and different speed settings helped me make the ride comfortable, speedy, and well worth my money.

The single worst experience with quad or SxS ever.these guys took almost a full year to fix my SxS and then couldn't wash it or make certain the battery would be good and charged me a crazy amount of 2300$ to fix a broken rear drive shaft and brake pads plus oil change.if you had it for that long and want to charge me 2300$ why not rinse the quad at least.your over billing me as is really use a hose and maybe I wouldn't get upset

Ordered parts about 5 weeks ago.
Waited weeks for a invoice through email.
Multiple calls made.
Finally a guy named Mitchell helped me. Other then that I can't really say anything more about the company.

Just went and got a scooter tire great prices and staff! Left under budget will deffiently recommend to check out

I just purchased an electric dirt bike for my kids and had the pleasure of dealing with Tim. Tim was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional to work with!
I was on a very tight time constraint when the time came to finalize the purchase and he was very conscious of this and got me on my way in no time!
Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market!
