I sent my daughter down there to look at a car only for my daughter to come home disappointed and sad because a staff member decided it was a good idea to try and ask her on a date and tried asking for her social media accounts. His name is robi or ravinder we believe he is a brown male with a unibrow, he tried to get her to give up her facebook so he can “message her” if the vehicle her wanted comes in. Very disappointed, i did not send my daughter there for her to get asked on a date by your employees

Poor response to inquiry. Called in the afternoon a12.07PM inquiring about Corolla. Instead of listening to me. Keep giving me options. When I request to send me detail via email. Ask to send phone messages. Is this bargaining unit or what? Don't listen to clients, force them to do whatever is convenient to you. Ask me to reply within a day or car will not be available. When I said Okay I am not in hurry and ask to send me an email. And disconnect the call. Received a call back at 12.33 PM with more ridiculous offer to response within 2 hours. And it's almost 3 30pm haven't received any email.

We enjoyed dealing with Adonis at Gateway Toyota. It’s a pleasure dealing with other’s who have great people skills. Adonis tried his best to give us what we were looking for in a Tundra.
I enjoyed negotiating with him and his sense of humour, and thank Him for his honesty and being straightforward with us. Certainly will look him up when we’re ready to purchase another vehicle.

I bought a brand new Toyota Corolla from this dealership. The car never worked properly because it refuses to start. The car only has 8800 kilometers after a year and a half because it is down most of the time. Last week I got the car boosted and took it in to have it repaired. The car wouldn't start and my radio, on board computer and back up camera were broken. They didn't do anything. The next day they gave me back the car without even looking at it. All they did was boost the car so it would start and everything remained broken. When I enquired about my warranty to a couple of members of staff, a manager came up to me and decided to bully and berate me in front of her employees for asking such questions. It was more important to be cruel to me than to help me.
Now I pay $375/month for the car. $166 a month for insurance and $55 a day to get to and from work. The car has 3.5 years left on the warranty but Gateway Toyota doesn't honor their warrenties so I'm stuck with a car that remains broken. In my opinion, Gateway Toyota is a criminal enterprise. Stay away from them.

This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Adonis was very knowledgeable about the car I was buying. He was upfront and honest, which I knew because I already done my own research on the car and price. It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him. Thanks Adonis.

Went to look for a new car. Didn’t see anything that appealed to me. Brody May was happy to help me he just didn’t have a car for me. No worries as Toyota on the Trail had the perfect new car for me…

DO NOT even bother talking to the manager for “customer service” because they will just dismiss your concerns.

Go to another shop. If you go here, they will take advantage of you and tell you to spend thousands of dollars on repairs you don’t need. Just go to a KalTire or JiffyLube who will fix your car and charge you accordingly, not for things they tried to do but weren’t successful.

DON’T go here! They only care about money and will try to scam you. I came in to have my wheel alignment looked at and they were “unable” to do the alignment but charged me $200 for it and asked me to come back for another alignment and pay again. I immediately went to KalTire and they performed the alignment and fixed the problem and charged me less only because they actually fixed the problem. When I express concern at Toyota for being charged full price for them “attempting” to do a wheel alignment I was completely shut down and they made excuses saying that its the same price for a diagnosis, which is not true. Then when they had no other arguments to use they simply said that I signed the paperwork (i had to).

Save yourself the time and go to ANY other shop where they charge you for fixing your car instead of saying they tried to fix something and expecting you to pay twice.

Why so many extras on service. I cam here for my service 2 which was explained on Toyota web tire rotation including buy dealership service asking for additional cost. Toyota webpage needs to update all details - additional cost added to your cost or explained about it.

Bought a SUV from Simer. Good salesman, addresses all of our concerns even after completing the deal

Edit: 3 years after the purchase and everything is still smooth. I want to add that I've always had a good experience from Michelle Reid from service. She answers all my questions and has a very good attitude

I have been to this Gateway Toyota several times before and I have received a great amount of help from Sherwin Cervantes. He is an individual with an original character who provided honest consultation to choose the required parts and even walked me through processing the receipt online to receive a rebate from Michelin. Sherwin truly values the customers and willing to spend time to make sure the customer needs are met. I am very happy I was able to do my purchase with his knowledge, dedication and expertise. Thank you Sherwin!

The last time I was there Kyla was my service advisor and I am very happy with her help to get the service done.

I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with the parts salesman. Not only did he avoid making eye contact or any human interaction, but when I expressed my uncertainty about the winter tires, he barely acknowledged me. Instead, he turned to his computer and, after a silent five minutes, handed me two price sheets without any explanation or context. The level of poor customer service and lack of communication was shocking. I strongly advise against purchasing parts from this place due to such dismal service.
