Ali, the owner of Gem Autos is a great person. He's very honest and he'll tell you what you need to know about the car. I just recently bought a used car from him, very good price and quality. I highly recommend Ali and the Gem Autos.

Contacted this joke of a “dealership” to go see a car, drove 45 minutes to get there to find a sham of an operation, no keys to a car that was “on consignment” and a smarmy sales rep who I wouldn’t buy a quart of oil from. Vehicles on lot all dirty and covered in grime. Steer clear of Gem Autos … waste of space and time! All of their ads claim “private seller” but really a repo depot with a chop shop like feel.

Best Experience! I have bought a lot of cars over my time and I must tell anyone looking for a car MUST shop here. Personal attention with the fact they really do care! A price that out beat everyone! On top of that, I had 2 mechanical issues that I was aware of when I bought but they knew I really needed a car and they were 100% honored to have it fixed immediately at my convenience. Pleeeeease, before you shop anywhere else take a few minutes and look over all that they have. I love my Mazda 3.

I went to the dealership to test drive a Matrix. Ali greeted me we had a chat about the vehicle, he handed me the keys after I provided him my drivers license number and away I went. I returned shortly after we agreed to swap my car for the matrix. I had some concerns about the car and they were addressed by the following Monday. Shortly after I contacted Ali about a few things that needed to be checked and fixed, he said no problem I came in on two separate occasions and everything has been fixed. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to buy a vehicle to come to gem auto and check there inventory. It was a pleasure dealing with Ali.

All I can say is Gem autos had less inventory at that time when I purchased the vehicle like 6 months back and now it’s double the inventory they have due to their good customer service and evaluation for the trade in cars. What we agreed on price wise and to fix in the car at their expense was done. Good location within autoplex Alberta.

I was recently at Gem Auto looking to purchase a used vehicle. I chose a vehicle with Rebuild status due to the discount in price. The owner Ali Murtaza was very clear and upfront about the vehicle status. He presented me with the carfax report, vehicle fitness assessment, and took the time to explain in details about the repairs done. A deal was struck. I sent Ali a deposit.

Next morning, I changed my mind about the purchase and canceled the deal. Ali was courteous and promptly returned my deposit. I appreciate your time and professionalism Ali!

I bought a vehicle through Autozone from here. The ad said that it had Bluetooth, but it would not function. I asked for it to be fixed and for one of the dealerships to pay for it. They said they would not pay for it and gave me the run around. I eventually had to make a deal with Autozone to get any help for the broken Bluetooth. Nice words but no follow through.

I bought used truck from ali gem auto 2014 ford f150 used one rebuild status i bought 9.000.but in a week tires crack battery problem.sway bar link broken Collent leak.so many things.i spend around 3000 thousand on it.they hide so many things dont buy any things from it.dont trust that guy
