Very bad experience. First time entering into the facility, there was 2 huge dogs that jumped up. The lady is very passive aggressivly rude. And she did not give back the gold that was taken out from a very special piece of jewelry last time I checked that's stealing. Do not recommend.

Stopped in to get my watch sized and a link added. Excellent customer service, very friendly and quick

1/5 is fair. Over priced, staff have no idea and do all referrals to the gold smith whom works part time there.
But they have no issues selling overpriced pieces of jewelry.

I recently had jewelry that I never wore repurposed. Jacqueline was able to create exactly what I had envisioned. My new custom ring is something I will wear and enjoy for many years. It's beautiful!

Jacqueline was absolutely wonderful to work with. I had a necklace that needed some alterations and she fixed it as I waited (for only a couple of minutes).
We bought a gorgeous necklace and earrings as well because I could not resist the excellent quality and pricing!

Jacqueline appraised my engagement ring and did a great job! Very speedy and even gave my ring a cleaning without me asking. I’ll definitely will be back - would recommend!

I feel like I was scammed by gem galleries. I had initially went in to resize my ring and fix a stone and to get a custom ring for my boyfriend. They had showed me a model for my boyfriend with square stones. We loved it! I will admit it is my fault that I didn't say anything when they showed me circle stones. But they never said anything about circle stones. When I went in to meet with the employee she tried convincing me that she informed me that square stones break and aren't replaceable. Me and my boyfriend don't remember that and she couldn't provide proof. I didn't fight any further because there was clearly no winning. The ring was still nice and we decided to keep it but we were not happy with the lack of communication. Also the stone they replaced on my ring fell out again not even a year later. And I had confided in the employee and told her I wanted a ring made in gold for my father who recently passed away. When I went into the store again she said " do you still want a ring for your birthday or. " I said yes because I still enjoyed their work. She said she would call me back with designs its been a few months since then. That was the last straw. I was gonna give them the benefit of the doubt but their customer service is terrible and very lacking in communication.

Got an amazing custom piece from them! It is stunning and I loved how communicative and professional they were during the entire process
