Excellent service and attentiveness. Brought in an old Datejust of mine for an adjustment and David worked his magic above and beyond what I had asked for. Jeremy was also very pleasant to deal with as he walked me through the store as I waited and described the attributes of various models I was perusing. Great experience here, as usual:)

I went to this AD and inquired about Grand Seiko SBGA413, I was greet by Dave who was very friendly and professional. He informed me he did not have that watch in stock but he can order it for me, I got a call in about a week and I bought the watch from him. Very smooth transaction. While I was there I had shown interest in 3 Rolex watches, and Dave was very knowledgeable and brought out the models I was interested in. He carefully explained the differences between them and I learned alot. He add my name to the waitlist for those models. I received a call from him and ended up purchasing Rolex Explorer 224270 (one of the watches I was interested in) from him. Dave was off when I went to purchase my Rolex; the store manager, Ashley, was there to greet me and was very professional and made the transaction very easy and was very kind to my wife and children. Looking forward to building my collection with Dave and this AD.
