Service was excellent, performed all work as promised and on time. Work details were explained beforehand and questions clearly answered. Even a few extra things done above and beyond with no extra charges. All much appreciated and I would definitely return with any future needs.

I ised to recommend General Collision to anyone who needed body work my previous experiences were all great and fast. Now this time i have been left waiting 6 weeks and gotten no replies on any phone call or even talking to a person at the shop as to any time line to my truck being finished. I am seriously wanting to just ask for a refund so i can go elsewhere.

General is the only place I trust to do quality work on my vehicle. Caylie at reception is always so friendly and willing to help!

When not even able to get an appointment for weeks at some body shops, General said "Bring it on down"
Estimate was emailed fast and a time slot was booked before I even had an appointment from 2 other body shops.
As with all parts today there was a small delay but I was made aware of it way in advance and updated throughout the whole process.

Great staff and very friendly, as well as very knowledgeable white any questions asked. Best place in Lethbridge to go. Just ask for Kevin and he will take great care of you.

I love this place. They treat the customer with respect. They get you in quickly for the price estimate. Craftsmanship for work I've had done in the past was impeccable.
I'm waiting now 2 days to receive the repairs estimate.

Very rude! Eye rolled at us. Walk away act like sick of us. Not pleased as I heard it was nice place but turned out it wasn’t. I had 3 people witness. So sad!
