Pathetic experience! As a customer, you are the least wanted thing in the sales office. The sales person neither kept their meeting time nor their word.
I just pulled the trigger on ordering a GV70 Advanced Plus. After 10 months of searching through non luxury channels I am STUNNED at the difference of experience. I have never been through such an easy vehicle purchase in my life! The past 10 months I have had to deal with dealerships driving up the price with Market Adjustments and forcing you to accept packages that should be optional to boost their price. (KIA dealerships of Alberta you need to take some pointers from Genesis on how to do business). You don't have to endure any of that nonsense at Genesis. The majority of the actual sales process is done online; your salesperson is there to support and answer any questions you have with some minor paperwork. If you want to test drive, they'll bring it to your house or work. You choose the vehicle and trim and exactly what options you want to add if anything. No forced packages. The price advertised is exactly what you pay, none of this back-and-forth negotiation. The Financing process is also super easy. You just fill out the application online, and BOOM you get your approval at posted interest rates! Within minutes of getting the approval my sales rep put in the order. I didn't know of Genesis until a month ago, but I am so glad I found you guys through all the positive online reviews of the Genesis product. Special shoutout to Don Tollefson, he answered all my questions, and made it a comfortable yet productive experience. He gave me the info on what add ons he would recommend, but nothing was forced. The decision-making power is all in the customer's hands as it should be. I won't even have the vehicle for a couple months, but I think you've made a customer for life. I will be sharing the experience with all my friends and family! I almost gave up my search based on my previous experiences, but am so glad I took the time to research the GV70. I am just so impressed that I wanted to shout it from the review rooftop!
I loved the service here and immediately felt so comfortable to ask any questions I had. The employees created a safe space and made my experience so much better. I will be recommending this to my friends and family.
Car buying experience for my GV60 was good, but this all went down the drain when were completely misinformed about having first seasonal tire swaps done for free.
I told them very clearly that I had tires, not wheels in storage with them. Our rep still said it's going to be free. When I make my 35 minute drive out to the dealership to get the tires changed, they put a $200 price tag on it since they only do free swaps for on-rim tires (which was NOT what was communicated to me). Zero ownership from them on miscommunicating this. At this point, Kal Tire, where I normally go since it's much more cost effective, is booked up for weeks so I'm forced to pay this with the dealership.
I just bought my new car and I had such a great experience in doing so. The workers did a fantastic job at helping me pick out and buy my car. Overall this dealership was really wonderful and I would definitely come back.
Just went there to check out a GV790 and no one in the sales team bothered to greet or to ask if I needed help. May be they are so busy selling many of those cars and no time to attend to the new customers!
Jojo was the best when it came to purchasing a vehicle. The last car I bought from Jojo was a g70 and I love that thing it has all the bells and whistles.
