I visited Genesis Physiotherapy clinic in Genesis centre N. E for my neck and back pain as per my friends recommendations.
I was very impressed with their physio and massage therapy services.
I will not hesitate to say they are one of the best physiotherapy therapy clinics in that area.
Staff are very welcoming and helpful.
I highly recommend Genesis Physio and Massage for all of my friends and family.

Don’t even look elsewhere! This is definitely the place you’d want to pick for your treatments. Dr Ramesh was an amazing physiotherapist. He is very helpful, genuine, compassionate, and professional in his field. His staff is very friendly and professional! I have been coming here for a while for the physio for my shoulder injury. Everyone in this clinic is so humble and respectful. My physiotherapist Dr. Ramesh is very supportive! I want to thank everyone at this clinic dr. Harman, dr. Vikram and Special thanks to Dr. Ramesh who has helped me to regain my mobility for my shoulder injury.

Very experienced people. Vast knowledge in their field. I had great experience with all the physios practicing at this location. Vikram, Ramesh, Zobila, Harman all of them treated me in such a manner that I gained my wrist and leg motions back. Before starting the initial treatment they explain you in detail about the muscles, ligaments, nerves where you are being treated and how they gonna treat and manage the injury and pain. Vikramjeet Arora, Ramesh, Zobila and others are all very nice and take time to listen to your concerns and treat them accordingly. Staff at front is also very friendly, in person and over the phone. It never felt like that I am their patient. I will consider my review incomplete if I do not mention Karan and Binti. Such a dedicated interns. Hard working, polite, caring.
You are welcomed at the front desk by Raman with a gracious smile and radiant glow on her face.
Genesis physio is conveniently located in the Basement of Genesis Centre. God forbid you have any physical issues but if ever needed, Genesis Physiotherapy is the place to go.
Also, I must not forget to Thank tonnes to Rama Shukla for her behind the scene hard work. She is the core pillar of this facility.

I have been seeing Ramesh since January up until now and he has advised me to get an MRI and told me that I have a torn ligament if it wasn’t for Ramesh i wouldn’t have figured out the problem. Thank you so much for your professionalism and restoring my left knee.

I have tmjd issues and after just a 2 session all my pains were almost gone especially my tight neck. I would highly recommend Dr. Vikramjeet Arora, he is a good listener, well-skilled and knowledgeable physiotherapist and very kind as well. He healed my shoulder injury too and my husband's vertigo. His assistants are very nice too. I am very happy.

Started seeing Harman in Dec 2021 and after about 2 sessions of physio, he was able to fix pain on my left shoulder which I’ve had after a MVA in 2020. He also started working on my neck/ base of skull and it is so much better now. What I like about Harman is that he takes time to explain to patients what their condition is and what causes it in a manner that can easily be understood. He also didn’t bombard me with a lot of exercises but instead provided ones that tackle specific areas of concern only. I am very grateful for having Harman as my physiotherapist and I highly recommend him to those who’ve been in car accidents. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to take care of his patients!

I was experiencing a lot of pain radiating to my arm due to a nerve impingement. Ramesh had treated my husband several years ago for epicondylitis and thanks to Ramesh has never had a recurrence since then. So when I was advised to go for physiotherapy by my family physician, my instant choice was Ramesh. A thorough professional, with superb skills as a physiotherapist, acquired through years of practice. A busy physiotherapist, Ramesh does not cut corners, and provides explanations without being patronizing. I would recommend Ramesh to anyone who needs physiotherapy. I cannot say enough good things about Ramesh. Within 3 visits my pain had reduced by 95 percent and I have no doubt I will be pain free soon, as I continue with the treatments. I would also like to say, I found the clinic very clean and adhering to COVID regulations, the staff polite and courteous.

I am a correctional officer who ended up on WCB after a physical altercation during an incident at work. My left should suffered a serious sprain leaving my shoulder immobile.

My family doctor prescribed physiotherapy for my injury. I chose Genesis due to the location and I was not at all disappointed. The therapists and assistants displayed outstanding service, while accommodating my needs around my schedule.

Vikramjeet Arora was a true professional my entire recovery, he explained all that he was doing and why it was important. Within 2 weeks I had most of my mobility back, within 4 weeks I was exercising at a strong rate of commitment, within six weeks I was pain free.

Genesis Physiotherapy is an excellent clinic with extremely helpful support staff. I visited there for my injury or I should rather say very bad injury and treated by extremely professional physiotherapist Zobila Sangroula. She is very knowledgeable and kind. She sets very high standards for herself and provides the best treatment possible for your injury. I was hardly able to walk when I first attended the clinic. She and Karan help me understand my injury and treated it with best techniques and equipment's. I'm really thankful to her and Karan for their efforts which helps in a speedy recovery. I absolutely recommend her.

Love this physio clinic. Environment is very friendly, caring and clean. Vikram is my physiotherapist. He is the absolute BEST. Very kind, and thoughtful. He is very knowledgeable about the issues you may have. The receptionists and assistants are friendly and very caring. I am receiving treatment for a back and neck injury. Vikram has a variety of of treatment methods depending on your situation. I go three times a week and every time I go I feel so much better. I can't thank this wonderful team enough. I definitely recommend this clinic and especially Vikran.

A great environment for rehabilitation for anyone that is having difficulites coping with an injury. The physiotherapists are all very friendly and care for you greatly. The assistants are amazing, always interactive. The front staff is also very respectful.

Ramesh was an amazing physiotherapist - he diagnosed my injury at our first meeting, treated it effectively, and consulted on an effective rehab plan. I attended three total appointments and safely recovered my AC joint sprain. The cost was extremely reasonable and the staff were professional and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Very pleasant experience doing physio here. Facilities are clean and the therapist is extremely nice and patient. I got diagnosed with vertigo (BPPV) and the first session that I had got me to 80% recovery quickly. I advice anyone who has vertigo to undergo physio instead of taking oral medications.

Dr. Bimagani is a phenomenal physiotherapist, his knowledge of injury recovery, as well as further injury prevention, is second to none. He undeniably cares for a safe and effective path to recovery and shows interest in any new developments, especially in the healing process. The support staff, such as Jithesh, are very helpful and optimistic. The enthusiasm of the staff makes the recovery process much easier. I was professionally treated by Vikramjeet Arora for my Vertigo just early this week, he was very attentative and very much aware of my situation. I feel much better only in just my 1st sesssion. He always ask you how you feel and check your progress. And he also give you some exercises to practice when you go home to accelerate the healing progress. I will highly recommend him.
