This establishment is clean and calming. The forma treatment went smoothly. The Botox was done with great care. The people are very nice. I recommend this place to friends and family.

I had a fantastic experience at this medical clinic. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the doctors were knowledgeable and caring. The facility was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone in need of medical care. Five stars!

Dr. Ahmed is a true blessing to have in my life. I find her to be very understanding and knowledgeable in all my medical needs. She knows just what to do. She and her staff are extreamly friendly and easy to talk to. I consider her to be an asset for my everyday life. Dr. Ahmed is the best doctor I have ever had in my 59 years. Love this doctor 10 / 10

Dr. Ahmed, Shabana, Dr. Bushra and the whole team here are a God send. I have been ignored, patronized and treated poorly by so many physicians only to have it confirmed on second or third opinions that I was right, something was seriously wrong and required medical intervention. Dr. Ahmed isn't like that. She and her team listen, demonstrate empathy, compassion and really want to help their chronic pain patients.

January 21,2022.
I'm having panic attacks because I can’t seem to get the help I need. Cooperation and understanding from the admin staff has been extremely difficult. The information for my aish application was sent horrifically late and almost ruined my chance again. I’m September 2021 medical information had been requested from their office by Service Canada for Disability Benefits. I called many times and I was told it had been sent in. I’ve since got a letter in the mail which I assume is a copy of the information the clinic sent to Service Canada. I was told a notification to respond had been sent yet again on January 7th to make sure my case wasn’t closed and that contact had to be made by January 28th. No contact has been made. I have to submit the copy of the letter I was sent and a letter to basically bed them to keep my case open longer.
The original request letter sent to the clinic by Service Canada asked to have information submitted to them within 30 days.
Furthermore there were many emails sent back and forth from myself to the office about a requisition for having procedures done here in Medicine Hat instead of driving 3.5 hours to the clinic. It literally took months for the office to respond to them because they had needed further information to proceed about a certain injection they didn’t offer. I emailed the office and the response was that everything had been done and that no further communication had come from the radiology clinic. Wrong. There were a number of times that I had sent an email asking about the status and just no one knows what is going on there. The BGSA radiology clinic here sent many notifications the clinic. Finally after so much hooplah I can get some injections done that I haven’t received since before Covid.
It's so frustrating because the treatments work but the admin part is an absolute nightmare.

I have been seeing Dr. Ahmed for over three years now. Until I found her my pain was intolerable and I refused to take opioids. With Dr. Ahmed and her amazing team we have come up with a regular health routine with injections, kinesiology, and medical cannabis that has brought my pain to a manageable level for the first time ever! Without any use of opioids! I can finally have a semi active life without the weigh down of drugs or immobility.
I’ve also never let distance keep me away. I lived an hour from her practise since we started and I’ve recently moved to Medicine Hat. I refuse to change Doctors after we’ve had such success.

Very great pain control clinic, all staff are very nice. Dr. Huzefa did very professional jobs to help me to make daily plan to control my back pain, after following the program for few months, the back pain is get improved a lot.

I love this Clinic because Dr. Ahmed and all her staff are professional and demonstrate excellent customer service. Huzefa, the kinesiologist is very helpful for pain relief and strengthening the body, I had chronic neck, shoulder and Jaw pain and I got great help from this clinic for medicine as well as exercise. Thanks to All.

I visited this clinic after post-surgery rehabilitation treatment.
The facility is very clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend this location.
Dr. Kinesiology, Huzefa is a remarkable professional I've never had somebody with so much caring and compassion as a knowledgeable. He well explained me background information and objectives of each exercise in the program. Listened carefully my feedback during the program and extending instructions as needed. I will recommend this is good place for retaliation post or pre-surgery program.
