I was travelling with class 3 motorhome flat towing a car. I managed to destroy a safety cable on the tow system. I called the shop to explain my situation. I dropped by with damaged cable and the owner was able to have a set shipped to his shop in a couple days. Due to the fact I have a different motorhome, the towing system was too low to the ground causing the cable to snag and drag on the ground destroying it. I explained the situation and Chris made adjustments to make it more suitable for flat towing. What a gentleman. Thank you sir

Chris kindly fitted me in for a job with 2 days short notice and opened his door just for me on a Sat morning. Not even mentioning that he did a fantastic job with only 1/3 of the cost my dealer quoted.

Bought some tow mirrors from here, one fell off the vehicle before we even made it to pincher creek. The other mirror had its clip break the next day when we went to attach it back on the mirror. We called to try to get a refund over the phone, because we are travelling away from lethbridge and never coming back. He made arrangements to get us some new mirrors shipped to our new address once we have one.

Great customer service and work installing. Get hitched was able to get my 5th wheel install done safely when nobody else could (air bag suspension). I couldn't recommend this place more and they deserve more than 5 stars. I have had 3 installs done here over the past couple of years. Chris will provide you with top notch work done just as he did for me!

Best place to get a hitch done, also was able to rent a special 5th wheel hitch that fits in my gooseneck slot. Very good service too. Highly recommend
