Terrible customer service. I called to skip pickup for three separate months and they still came to pick up then proceeded to charge me over $100 for each pickup. Absolutely disgusted with the way they have handled this situation.

It's been going on 2 months now and I am still waiting on my $500 deposit return from them when renting a big bin for garbage. They easily took money out of my account but now seem to be having such trouble figuring out where my return is and why it isn't in my account. I keep getting told different messages.

My monthly price increased by 200% with no warning. Stay away from this gong show. Go with a local Alberta business like Alliance or Prairie.
