Many items don't have prices listed and when you do check out you can easily be overcharged as items are put incorrectly in the system. Staff is undertrained to deal with these mistakes.

They have most necessities but they're missing a few staples. Super cheap seeds for the garden

Great service! Friendly and polite staff! Seemed to have all the shelves racks stocked. Clean and had LABELS with PRICES on ALL there products. Impressed!

This is too far away from our community I think 2-3 location in Edmonton. My experience is good in Winnipeg but in Edmonton it’s not near. We want this store near. South side.

This location is not too bad at all, nice, clean & spacious, very friendly staff, no long waiting in line to check out.

The only thing bad is that they put signs up for less and charge you more at the till and product spilled on the floor and the employee tonight became really upset

Found some great buys at this location. Very busy store, could have used a third cashier open when we were there. Friendly service.

Staff kind of stayed away from you but the selection was really good. Downside is sale items at one GT (unless in the flyer) do not mean the identical item is on sale at a different store in the same city.

Sometimes Giant Tiger has a pretty good selection of clothing for a great price. The Giant Tiger in Kensington area didn't have much of a selection. The Giant Tiger on the North East has better selection.

The staff was very polite, which is so great.

Went to get a Halloween costume and they had a nice superman shirt. They still have a good selection of candy as well. But store always seems messy

Was very upset with the service I received here tonight. I've come to this location multiple times in the past and have grumbled about the lack of customer service and the grouchy team, but tonight it was by far the worst. I waited almost 10 minutes and rang the door bell twice for the fittingrooms and then when no one came I put all my items back. I ended up getting socks and litter and when I said I had a thing of litter the cashier said nothing just waved her hand at me, so I drove my cart around and asked if she had a handle held so she could scan it from the cart. She said no, so I lifted it up for her and she pushed at it and said I needed to come closer with it and in the process I ended up getting the skin between my fingers pinched and cut.
If she had nicely advised me that she didn't have a handheld and that I needed to put it up on the belt, the situation could have been avoided. Sad that I love their plus size line because I would just not shop here at all after that, I will try the other location in the future and hopefully will have better luck.

Well. Im not one to complain to often.the place was clean but defenitly over priced compared to other big box stores.

Found what we needed here where going to the bigger more popular stores didn't have what we were looking for. Staff was friendly.

Always a good Giant Tiger.staff are friendly, though they can be busy working. The store has installed new coolers and freezers, which look better than the old stuff, and probably keep food at a better temperature.

There is nothing wrong here at giant tiger. 1 bad thing thought they never called security for a bike getting stolen

Always love shopping at the Great Canadian Walmart. Better selection, better pricing, and great service

Giant Tiger has good pricing on everyday needs.
They also help shoppers to keep safe by promoting safe distanceing.
And they are very helpful if help is needed.

I really like Giant Tiger. 20 years ago this was not the best place to shop but it's improved so much. Mid range quality for really good prices.

The staff seemed tired, they couldn't find some of the things on sale for us and we had to remind the cashier, twice, about our points we are collecting. Not their best day. Hopefully they have better days.

ONE TILL OPEN AND 15 PEOPLE IN LINE TERRIBLE. WHAT WAS IN THE FLYER WAS SOLD OUT IN STORE, FIRST DAY FLYER CAME OUT! REALLY? DID GAINT TIGER ORDER IN 2 ITEMS FOR THE FLYER INSTEAD OF 100! DON'T BOUGHTER ADVERTISING IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE ITEMS IN THE STORE TERRIBLE

I had bought some frozen Chinese rice on sale a few days back, but was not satisfied with product so I went.to see if there is a chance of exchange or refund and they gave me my money back no questions asked pretty much.and their deals constantly throughout the store are amazing.deff shopping here as much as I can! And the same goes for Christmas shopping as well might even ask.for.gift cards from here i love it.oh but my only thing is baby wipes and diapers it says theres some.in store online but the shelves where they would be are empty

You cant go wrong with Giant Tiger. One of my favourite places to shop. Prices are very reasonable.

The store seems to be out of certain products and the lay out of the stores seem to be undesirable you feel corralled in like live stock.

Seems to be getting less stock, but all in all a good place for an in and out for cheap but good clothing and household items

Lots of cheap stuff like clothes, some furniture and even paint.great deals on food also but very limited produce available but there is a produce store next door. The strip mall it's in is almost a one stop shopping deal. Even a mini cop shop so you know she's safe bud

Giant Tiger is a great place to buy inexpensive food, clothing, and other products. There are some really good regular prices on food but be sure to also look for lower pricing on many food items. The store isn't big but it is always fully stocked which allows for a lot of browsing for deals. The employees are, without exception, always friendly and helpful. We like going to this location and always leave feeling good because we saved money on the things we needed.

Always a great place to shop at, good deals and staff is always willing on helping with questions and concerns. All there locations are on the Northside so just keep that in mind.

Staff were great today at till. Allowed a return not usually allowed, without receipt at the most recent price as it was a gift. I was exchanging/buying other items as well. The sweatshirt in photo was for sale for $11 said a sign but it turned out it was on for only $3.50! I even went back two more times afterwards, for another sweatshirt for a family member. They were patient with me each time. Very good experience today as I've only shopped there twice in the last month and hadn't been in years.

Many of the staff here are rude. I love giant tiger and a few members of the staff are pleasant, however two I dealt with today were very obviously irritated when I asked for a sale product that was not on display. Hey I thought I was being friendly but I guess to them they can take their moods out on customers. Cashier only answers things you say if she is in the mood for it. I only go here for the specials but otherwise I wouldn't bother with the store at all

Some prices okay, others not so great. Service is average at best. Store is old and has seen better days.

I was appalled with this place. I heard it was a good store. The one we went in was very sketchy at best. Very dirty inside and a bad odor. Never will I go there again.

Went in to look for something and they didn't have it so landed getting something that hadn't bargained on. Was a good deal and quality as well.

I like Giant Tiger we have real good prices on other clothes that different kinds of food in there they're pretty reasonable price enjoy shopping there cuz the chance to save a little bit of money I still get good quality I what you want

I've noticed over the last few years that the checkout service has declined. Not sure if there's a lack of employees, but you might find yourself waiting in line a while.

It's normally very organized, and clean. Most of the items are a fair price. The reason for the 3 star rating is the customer service. Everytime I've gone, there is only 1 till open and a huge line. The only other place you will see someone that works there is in fashion, but I don't find them to be very helpful.

Used to love going to this store for different clothing options for kids, but find the prices are getting expensive and the quality is getting worse.
