Ginger was amazing at helping me purchase my first home. I highly recommend her for any first time home buyers. She has always given her honest opinion throughout the process and she never would pressure me to buy something I wasn't 100% sure of. It was so much fun to go house hunting with her; she's fast at responding and book viewings. My experience with Ginger Andrews was simply outstanding. My wife and I were looking to upgrade to a larger home in a very limited geographical area. UPDATE - 2 years later

Well, after living in the condo of my dreams for 2 years, a lot of life happened and it was time to call Ginger again.time for a house! When it was time to start looking, there was NO question on who we'd be using and we were reminded every step of the way why it was the BEST decision we've ever made.

Ginger was patient and available for us as we searched (2 mega weekends of back to back viewings) and she was level headed and supportive as we went through the bummer process of competing for a house and losing.

After losing out, we dialled in on exactly what we wanted and ended up finding the house of our dreams the day it came on the market, viewed and made our offer within 4 days of it being on market and taking possession 2 weeks after that! There is no way we would have made it through that process so quickly if it weren't for Ginger and the amazing people she connected us with (Mortgage Broker, Lawyer, Inspector). And without her and her team there's no way we would feel so GOOD about our decision, the price, and our home.

Friends had cautioned us about using a Realtor's recommendation for the other parties required to close a home, but we knew we could trust Ginger and the relationships we built with her recommendations just solidifies our trust in her.

I just wish I could buy houses all the time so I could work with Ginger more often!
