By far the best vet clinic I have ever been too. They are so compassionate. Dr McCauley is absolutely amazing.

They are great very kind. They handle all animal concerns and connect you with a vet technician to find a solution to your inquiry. We called about the best solution for handling our dog's car anxiety and they went into detail on all possible options to use.

Just over a year ago we inherited an older dog from family that was leaving the country. We have used Glamorgan Animal Clinic for his checkups and care. They have been great, both with his annual visits and dealing with other health issues. The team there are very pet friendly and good with humans too. They are careful to explain any findings or concerns, they make sure that treatment plans are understood and are very good at follow-up to make sure that any prescribed treatment is progressing as it should. I highly recommend this clinic if you are looking for care for your pet.

I've been going to Glamorgan Animal Clinic for over 8 years now, since I adopted my German Shepherd. Dr. Kevin MacAulay is an excellent, caring vet, he cares more for the animals he treats than lining his pockets, their needs always come first. My dogs absolutely love him and his staff.

I recently had to put my Yellow Lab of 12.5 years down and Kevin was compassionate and handled it very gently.

I can't recommend Glamorgan Animal Clinic enough, the best vet and clinic I've ever had the privilege to go to.

Turned me away at 5: 40 with a sick puppy in my arms. Sent me to expensive ER. Sometimes following the rules undermines compassion. Sadly this is the closest clinic to my home and could’ve been the start of an ongoing relationship. I will let my friends and neighbours know how we were treated yesterday.

Had to say goodbye to my good girl Loki and as hard as these things are for those of us that consider them our family, Kevin and the staff made her last moment's as peaceful as possible. I'm grateful for all they did for us in our final moment's with her. I highly recommend them for your fur family.

I’m so impressed with this clinic! I’ve been bringing my dog Moose here for about two years now, and I’m just so happy with the care he receives every time we go in. Yesterday I called to ask a couple questions because Moose was in a lot of pain and shaking. I spoke with one of the techs and she could tell I was really worried about him, and even though they had a fully booked day, she still asked Dr. MacAulay if he could squeeze Moose in for a quick visit. She called me back literally two mins later and said I could drop Moose off for the afternoon and that they’d monitor him, and that Dr. MacAulay would check on him in between their existing appointments. I thought that was beyond amazing and accommodating. They definitely didn’t need to do that but the fact that they did means so much to me. It’s so hard when our fur babies get sick and we feel helpless, but having a good clinic you can rely on makes such a big difference because you feel like they genuinely care about the health and wellness of your pet. I just wanted to say thank you guys for being such a great team and for giving Moose the best care! Big thanks to Dr. MacAulay for having a heart and squeezing my little Moose in yesterday. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a reliable and caring clinic that you can trust - this is the place. Thank you guys so much!? ️

My husband and I relocate to Calgary for a few months, very grateful that we pick the right animal clinic for our 12 yrs girl Dau Dau. The staff of clinic are very friendly, charges are reasonable. We specially thanks Dr Tan for her love and care with Dau’s eyes issue, now she becomes stable and resume her curiosity to outside world again. Highly recommended. ️

This is our home away from home, we've been taking our family of misfits here for nearly a decade! We trust the team here and have developed a very special relationship with the clinic - our animals are so grateful everyday for the incredible care they receive. We have multiple rescue animals that require a lot of attention and care - every single staff member is here to help us in making it as easy as possible. From disabilities, heart conditions to diabetes they go above and beyond to ensure our animals are properly cared for. You're always greeted with the kindest smiles from Carla, Jamie or whomever is at the front. We don't feel like clients when we walk in we feel like family, that goes a long way for helping our babies feel safe. Thank you Kevin and team for helping keep our fur and furless children happy, safe and healthy.

I have been bringing my dogs to Glamorgan for over 10 years, and have nothing but positive things to say about this clinic. Dr. McAuley is kind, compassionate, professional and knowledgeable, and genuinely wants to support animals and their owners in any way possible. He spends time with people in order to make sure their questions are answered, and goes out of his way to ensure that animals receive the best care possible. Dr. McAuley and Dr. Hill are the best vets I have been involved with at any clinic, and I feel fortunate that my dogs are in their care. The vet techs and front end staff are exceptionally helpful, and it is obvious that they value the customers (human and otherwise!) who visit Glamorgan. If you are looking for a vet that offers extensive experience and excellent care, I highly recommend you visit the Glamorgan Animal Clinic.

Our experience here has been amazing. Dr. Kevin is a very intelligent, thorough, and caring Veterinarian. The the girls at the front are super friendly and welcoming, it's evident they are looking out for your animals best interest.

Kevin and his staff are amazing. They go above and beyond and my dogs' needs are always addressed with compassion and the highest of standards. There are always options to approach health concerns, lots of explanation, and time is taken to ensure your pet gets the very best. They provide quality care and attention, the follow up and communications are second to none, awesome clinic.

This is just the best Vet, the staff really get to know your pet and love them. They help me out over calls and emails If I am panicking! We just had our dog nuetered there and it was a great experience too! He was excited to go back for his follow up which was great because we thought he may have trauma from the nuetering - but nothing!

I have been taking my dog Roxi here since i adopted her about 6 years ago. They have always been super friendly and willing to answer any questions i had. Since COVID I haven't been able to go in with her, but she goes in with her tail between her legs but she comes out wagging it like a crazy! Thank you for always being awesome to my dog!

An amazing place that my family has used for to many years to count. Amazing Caring and loving Staff. Can't imagine taking my beautiful animal babies anywhere else.

I took my newly adopted dog here. Everyone at the clinic was very kind and nice, my dog seemed to like them as well.
The vet was very patient with my dog who was fearful and very understanding. She answered all my questions, and gave me good recommendations on diets, training and possible behavior classes. I've never been to such a nice and kind vet office before.

I take my cat Molly here for her annual checkups, and she's also had teeth removed under general anesthesia. Today she had an abcess looked at (and treated the same day). I only have good things to say about this clinic. I trust them with my cat, whom I love beyond words.

I have been very very disappointed in this animal clinic. They do not have the priority of your animal at the best interest. I have been a client here since 2018.

- My first bad experience that I had excused as a one off was when my only pet, an INDOOR cat had suddenly gotten very sick (eyes got cloudy, sneezing, coughing and wheezing, very lethargic, not eating/drinking) in May 2021, we had called under emergency circumstances to have him seen by the vet and they said they couldn’t get him in, soonest they could see him would have been in 5 days. No compassion or care what so ever. We took him to a animal hospital instead.

- Second experience was September 2021 when I was trying to book my cat in for a chest X-ray. I got placed on hold 3 times, each time they answered the phone they didn’t realize I had already been speaking to somebody. Then I was told that they would have to talk to the X-ray tech and that they would phone me back. They didn’t.

- Third was when I had finally gotten my cat in to get his chest X-rays done a couple weeks ago. They told me I would have results back in 1-2 days. I heard nothing for a full week. When my husband finally called and asked they said “there was no X-ray on file”. I work in healthcare and the fact that they LOST and X-ray is highly unprofessional. Called again a couple days later and they hadn’t even sent the X-ray off to the radiologist. What if this X-ray had something bad on it and my cat was at a high risk? They couldn’t have cared less.

Needless to say I am super unimpressed and disappointed in them. I am not taking my cat back to see them or any future pets. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. Because when you really need them (not just yearly checkups) they let you down.

Show up at 8. She just rolls up. Tells me there not open. Maybe show up so the doors open at 8 and you wouldn't feel rushed.
My kitten is in pain. And all she has to say is no vet till 9. Closes the door tells me I can't come in and she will see.
Offers no additional advice and just rude.
Animals lovers should represent your clinics.
Just moved here. Ya. Wont be coming back at all.

I've been going to Dr. McAuley since I got my puppy 7.5 years ago. I love this clinic and recommend it to my friends when they get animals. I know a lot of people shop around different vets for every visit or procedure but I think it is important to use the same vet if you can, and this clinic has always been fair and reasonable and provided different treatment options for the few issues my dog has had.

I can not say enough good things about this vet clinic. We have been going since Summer 2020 for our COVID puppy, and they have been so attentive and helpful. We were having some frustrating health issues in the fall and GAC was with us every step of the way. The vet would even call us after procedures just to ask how our dog was doing. She got spayed 2 weeks ago, and the clinic called to check up twice! And had a check up appointment so we were fully confident that she could go back to play. They are very responsive to phone calls, even just to ask questions. It is such a pleasure going to such a great vet.

I didn't have a great first impression of this clinic, but they made up for it, and I won't go anywhere else now! Love it here, very friendly staff.

Went here for the first time today and Dr Amelia was amazing! Very non judgmental and objective and gave me several options for my senior pup, Chase.
