The front desk staff not very professional at all.loud laughing and loud talking amongst themselves, there’s absolutely no respect towards the patients sitting there. I was disappointed. Doctor Denga Edward is a great doctor, very patient man who takes your concerns seriously.

Many years ago, when performing a simple biopsy, Dr. Sunday Olowu cut an exaggerated amount of surrounding skin (picture a school student cutting the eyes out of a ghost blanket costume), to the extent that the stitches painfully stretched the remaining area in order to close the circular gap. When the 2 weeks passed by and the stitches were being removed by Olowu, half-way through the procedure the skin broke apart and blood immediately started pooling into the circular gap. Olowu stared at the gap for several seconds and ended up re-stitching the already battered remaining skin (adding another 2 weeks for it to properly heal yet again). Needless to say, this normal procedure left 3x times the amount of scar tissue and a lifetime of regret for going there.

Dr Sunday is an amazing doctor. I am grateful for him. He takes the time to listen and cares.
He is also great to my daughter. We also have seen Dr. Shola on occasion and she is also wonderful. Kudos to the front desk staff, Joan is the best, they are so friendly and always smiling.
The pharmacy is also so helpful and knowledgeable and fast!

Any person that becomes a patient of anyone of the doctors on staff, can thank their lucky stars. I have never met a saint, but these guys are as close as I have come. Truly blessed.

Really disappointed in the level of care. Feels like they are just trying to get you out of there as fast as possible, without doing a full check.

They are so bad at answering calls. Is the fourth time I called in different days and I gotta call at least 5 times before someone pick up the phone

The doctors and staff are very friendly. Unfortunately they have not gotten the memo on possibly the answering of the phone as part of the service of good customer/client care/service that should also come part and parcel. This makes it very difficult to book an appointment.

I love the doctors and receptionists that work here. They are very friendly and responsive to my concerns.

Dr. Denga has been my family doctor for 17 years. He is the best, caring, and thorough doctor. The clinic is great and wonderful friendly ladies at the desk:). Also the pharmacy is connected to the clinic and the pharmacist is awesome:)

Since my family doctor was away, I went for prescription for massage, and this doctor Sunday Olowu was not nice, told me I should ask to my family doctor … not going to him next time. Doctor should be nice to patient.

Went here for the first time today with my daughter as a walk in. Was seen within 30 minutes, really friendly staff and the doctor was AMAZING and made me feel better as I was really worried. My daughter really liked her too and was talking about her in the car!

I have been to this clinic a few times as a walk in. I have never had to wait longer than 30 minutes to get in. When I went this past Saturday, there was only a 3 minute wait. The Doctor I saw was very nice, she was friendly and personable. I will definitely visit this clinic again! And the receptionist is very nice too!

Front desk staff was very friendly but the doctor i saw here was condescending and refused to explain anything to me. I came in with an eye injury and he told me he was going to stain my eye but didn’t tell me about the process or why he was doing it after i asked multiple time. I said i wasn’t comfortable with it (because i have no clue what he was going to do), he opened the door and basically kicked me out after talking with me for maybe 5 minutes, without giving me any alternative options or advice. Absolutely 0 empathy or emotions from this doctor and i left with more questions than i came with.

I came in on a friday afternoon, an hour before they closed, really hoping that I could see a doctor. The receptionist/front desk girl was very friendly and helpful. I got in to see a doctor in less than half an hour and had my prescription filled in five minutes. Best walk in clinic I've ever been to.

The medical receptionists here are absolutely useless and I am amazed they are qualified to work as an assistant.

The receptionist came to take me into my appointment, I told her that my partner could come in with me. I was told that he could not come because, they needed to ask me some private questions. I again told them that whatever she had to ask me could be said infront of my partner. She then tells me that she will bring him in later, and takes me into a room to ask me this question. The top secret question she asks me is "when was my last physical? " I then asked her, should you not have this on file? She then got nervous told me the date they knew I was last in. I have no idea why this was soo secret!

She then insisted that it had been 2 years since my last physical, and I really should have another one. I am sure I had been there only last year, but they did not document this. I told her that if they really feel they require this, then not a problem.

She then asked me to take off my boots and coat to take my height and weight. After taking my measurement, she then gets all nervous, and tells me that “oh, her scale has turned off “. She proceeds to ask me how tall am I? I turned to her looking rather surprised by this, and said "did you not get this measurement when you took my height just now? "
She then laughs all nervous, and asks me to stand on yet another scale. All the while saying how she "hopes that the height is right for the weight". Is this place not supposed to have trained educated professionals?

I then mentioned this information to the doctor. The doctor who seemed nervous, and laughed making excuses for their poor professionalism. She said that sometimes old ladies come in, and they get angry if you tell them how tall they are because they think they are taller then that.

What exactly does someone's opinion of how tall they are have to do with medical science? So suddenly it's the patients perception of their weight, and height is what is documented? Needless to say my partner was never called upon to sit with me for my appointment and I would definitely recommend going to a different walk in medical clinic. Preferably one with some educated people!

Dr Sunday is extremely rude, aggressive and unknowledgeable. One of the worst experiences ever. Would not recommend

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a Doctor. (Dr. Naidu)

My GP is booked until December and I have a history of depression and anxiety. Upon trying to advocate for my mental state and receive help from the walk-in doctor. I was told it was most likely a hormone imbalance which I took directly as him assuming a white young female was just being erratic. I told him I was trying to advocate for myself, and was truly struggling. To which he recommended if it was that bad that I go to a PSYCH WARD. I responded by saying I was a smart, educated woman who was trying to advocate for myself and did not want to leave without a clear plan. He proceeds to print off a blood testing sheet, without explaining how to go about getting tested and sees me out. No empathy, no help, no compassion. The experience was infuriating, its clear this man is incapable of providing appropriate care to his patients. DO NOT VISIT THIS MAN

So far I've had to visit here four times. I am on an extended vacation from the states (6 months) and for four visits (spread over two months) for the exact same problem (a simple ear infection) I have been charged about $900. They have not been able to fix the problem, and I have to get on a plane in five days. Do not come here for out of province or out of country visits, the price of the visit and the price of prescriptions are way too high.

Went on two Saturdays ago and the clinic had no other patients. When I went back this morning, I took a photo of their new hours

They changed their hours drastically months ago and didn't bother updating their website. Expect it to be closed when you arrive. But dont worry, they taped a piece of paper to the door with the new hours for your inconvenience.

I was there for a walk-in appointment and not too familiar with the clinic. There was a man in the waiting room without a mask, coughing and belching, and he was not asked to leave or at least put on a mask despite complaints. Very disappointing as I would expect a medical facility to respect the current provincial and municipal Covid-19 guidelines.

Dr. Shola is an amazing Doctor, she's been my family doctor for the past couple years and is just so wonderful with my children as well. It's really hard finding doctors that actually care about your well being now a days and she definitely does. Thanks for all your amazing hard work Dr. Shola your stuck with me and my kids for life hahahaha.

P. S. All the staff at Glamorgan Medical Clinic are really friendly and kind as well. Great place fantastic people.

Every experience I have had with this clinic and Dr. Apantaku has been wonderful for my family and myself. The ladies who work reception are fantastic and very welcoming the pharmacy next to the clinic is fast and welcoming as well.

We have always had a good experience at this medical clinic, reception is always friendly and knows my name as well the doctors are all great, if you can’t see your own doctor you can at least see another one that’s on walk in. The doctors are all knowledgeable and if they do t have the answers than they will refer you to someone who can.

Dr. Olowu gave me expired iron supplements and would always rush to finish the appointment. Also wouldn't trust this clinic for confidentiality.

I had tried calling four other clinics and didn’t a response. Called here got a response immediately and was able to see a Socorro within half an hour of that call. I waited less than 10 minutes before being seen. They were responsive and efficient.

I visited the clinic for the first time last Saturday with a sore back. I typically don’t write these reviews but the medical services was so wonderful I had to express my appreciation! The front desk staff was a young female Philippine. She was patient, polite, courteous and considered. I can’t remember the name of the doctor but I do remember how she took her time tto figure out what was causing my symptoms. She was professional, thorough, non judgmental and knowledgeable. I trusted her and I felt I got the best care! As an Aboriginal person, I don’t always experience this kind of medical care.

Just moved to Calgary and needed a family doc. Went for a physical (2 years overdue), and only waited 20 minutes (a few emails to check and write) to see the physician. Dr. Denga was efficient, asked the right questions, ordered the labs needed and sent me on my way. The clinic is close to home, has 3 physicians who seem to work super hard, it seems perfect for our family.

I visited Glamorgan Clinic yesterday. I don't have AHC as I live out of Canada 'and it was the first time that I went to a clinic out of my country. (I am South Korean) all of Glamorgan people were so nice and kind. Even though it is a walk-in clinic, it took just 30 minutes to meet its KIND DOCTOR! The doctor was very nice and kind, and gave me appropriate prescription. The pharmacy was also nice! With detailed description and kind attitude, I was very touched. I strongly recommend this clinic! And THANK YOU ALL OF GLAMORGAN PEOPLE!:)

Unfortunately I have been with them for 5 years

I have waited over a month for a simple dermatology referral and when I called them 3 weeks after they said I should Call them myself.

And Still waiting.after 1.5 months

I will be moving on.
Dr. Apantaku is fantastic but Very disappointed on how they handled my case.

Specific to one doctor. I brought my last prescription bottle with me to avaoid any mistakes, the doctor seemed not to be very interested in anything I said then- my mistake I could have checked to make sure my prescription was written correctly but only learned that the doctor had written my persceiption incorrectly when I went to get it filled.this is a huge mistake because according to what this doctor had written I will run out of pills 15days before I should and I am not able to contact this doctor.
Now I am now having to deal with this whole ordeal - hopefully it will be resolved before i have to leave in a week and will not end up royally screwed.hopefully the clinic can help but after this I will not be visiting again.

Needed stitches. Went in at 12: 45 on Saturday afternoon, was out by 1: 30 and back to work! Lol. Dr. Apantaku was very nice, easy going and professional. Five stars for her and the staff! Very satisfied.
And did it hurt? Of course the needle hurt. It's a needle! Hahah.
I guess I came at the right time though, because when I came out, the chairs started filling up! Eeek!

Really like this clinic. Reception is friendly and accommodating. Dr's are really great, caring, and knowledgeable. Dr. Sunday is wonderful. The other doctor was a woman and she was great too.

Dr Denga is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had. I’m very impressed- he is very knowledgeable, great with my daughter when she’s sick, and he really takes the time to listen.i also really like that when you book and appointment he is always on time to see you. I highly recommend dr Denga if you are looking for a new family doctor.
The front end girls are also very nice and have always been able to get us in especially when I call on short notice. Truly an amazing doctor and staff!

The doctors on staff here have always been very helpful and always listen carefully to problems and try to find thoughtful and considered solutions to issues or problems. However the ladies at reception have at times been short, rude and quick to anger whether on the phone or in person they have made me want to switch clinics more than once. If you can stomach being talked down to and treated like you are wasting their time in order to be treated by a good doctor this is the place for you.

Lovely place but when it says it closes at 9 and constantly closes early I wonder what's going on.

Highly recommended. Book appointment for 11.15, arrive at 11.05, placed in a examination room at 11.10, Dr. Sunday walks into room at 11.15! Get referral for pain clinic. Pain clinic calls the next day and books an appointment. Thanks Dr. Sunday. Very professional.
