I had broken glass in the window, when temperature outside was -30 C. Since my very first phone call l had my window fixed within a few hours. Kamila, who is very pleasant,
patient, professional, organized, made my big problem. NO PROBLEM AT ALL.
She didn't make any empty promises.
I recived exactly what she promised and what l needed.
I very highly recommend this company whoever needs perfect service

My Landlord hired this company to repair one small window in my house, the guy did not come to the agreed time, he fooled around for 1hour with the window, banging it, coming in and out of the house, my window was open the whole time and its cold, at the end he said the weather was not favorable and that's why he couldn't fix it.he said more people were needed for that job.my perspective is that he had no idea what he was doing, what was he doing for 1 hour who knows.

Update: the same guy came back to try to fix the window, 3 hours after agreed, this time with someone else, both guys could not again fix it, despite the weather being nice, they in fact broke the window even more, they said couldn't do it and left.now the broken window is more of a hazard.
