If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Super service, personable and compassionate staff, they were very informative and explained all my options explicitly. They went over and above the call of duty to get me my window put in as fast as they could, and instead of trying to soak me for as much as they could to do so, they did their best to save me time and money! You can't go wrong with these guys - HIGHLY recommend!

Starting with the girl who answered the phone, I found them very professional and helpful. They came and measured up told me how long it would be before it would take to make. It turned out to be shorter than they said and the young man came did a good job of installing it and I am very happy with the experience of dealing with this company

Met with the ladies at the front Aug 31 and ordered glass for my craft room. There’s a Centre, workstation and two desks. They suggested 3 mm gloss. They then called last week and said 3 mm was not available and would I take the 4 mm at no extra charge which I did. I just picked it up and I have to say their service was amazing.

I ended up at Glass Doctor after a glass panel in my Wife's china cabinet was damaged in our recent move. I took some measurements and stopped in. The reception staff were welcoming, understanding and extremely patient. They took down my measurements and said they would be let me know once the piece had been cut.

The team went above and beyond reaching out to confirm dimensions, glass type and figure out the nature of the rounded corners. I brought a piece of the broken panel and the technician immediately took it into the back and replicated it.

The piece fit perfectly. My wife is pleased with the panel, you can't even tell which one was replaced. Extremely satisfied with the service. No job is to small for Glass Doctor south: D

Pleasant people but took 3 site measures, 4 appointments and multiple follow calls to get 1 fly screen replaced.

When I experienced big crack on the glass, I had a phone conversation with Neman. He explained me regarding the glass with detailed information. The next day, he came and fix an issue right away in a reasonable price. I extremely recommend his company for anything related to glass for the house. Very excellent service!

It was fast and professional installation. Installer Anatoli was polite and came in time that was convenient for us.

My 2nd floor bedroom window cracked during the freeze thaw temperature swings and the glass needed replacing. I contacted a few companies for estimates and chose Glass Doctor for their professionalism, knowledge and reasonable price.
The tech that came out to evaluate the job took accurate measurements, had great attention to detail and provided me with a competitive price for the work; a previous company way over quoted the job because it was a second floor window and they said they had to do the work from the outside. Glass doctor assured me even if that was the case it wouldn’t be an issue and there wouldn’t be extra costs.
The installer that completed the work was professional, experienced and completed the job quickly and exceptionally well. I am very happy with the product and the service I received, and would definitely recommend Glass Doctor for residential window glass replacements.

From start to finish this company was so incredible. The woman answering the phones was so friendly, had Sal out to measure the window the next day and the window came in less than a week. Robert was the installer, he was very nice and I could tell he was very meticulous about everything he did and his work turned out great! Our front store got smashed one evening. The technician responded right away and arrived within the hour in the middle of the night. The office followed up with a replacement glass within the week. Service was friendly and prompt- definitely would recommend them.

Great service and installation, down side is that it took 2 months to get my window pane replaced.

Our glass door was accidently broken late in the day and we called Glass Doctor for an estimate. Manan, the technician, cleaned up the mess and repaired the door in a couple hours, much quicker than I thought. We were able to lock up the store by 8pm, did not have to hire a security guard, and we werent charged extra for this emergency service. Hopefully, we won't need to do this again, but if we do we will call glass doctor. Thanks again Manan for a job well done!

Been dealing with this business for about three years. As a handyman contractor, sometimes I need a product quicker than most suppliers are willing to supply. But this company somehow "allways" treats me as if I am special. I think they would do the same for anyone. I have been in business for 21 years. They are my go-to for all glass.

I had one minor quibble but otherwise a great job in an emergency, where we had 2 broken windows in winter. They were so prompt and the installation took a very short time and was done well.
