Visited my favorite car glass repair spot again, because my windshield seems to be a magnet for rock chips. The reception crew is amazing – they probably recognize my car by now. The team is top-notch; they handle my car swiftly and with great care, making each visit smooth.

The best part? On my third visit in the same month, they didn’t charge me a penny. It wasn’t a ‘buy two, get one free’ deal or anything, just a kind gesture that really won me over. It’s not about the money; it’s their thoughtfulness that counts. But just my luck, a few days later, another rock chip appeared. With my frequent visits, I’m starting to think I should earn points towards a loyalty card!

Reasonable pricing, very friendly and got me in the next day and were done before they said!

I found a recommendation on our Airdrie local page for GlassMasters. I put in for an online quote on a Saturday and had the quote within a half hour. I was able to book an appointment for the Monday. Dropped my car off on Monday morning slightly before my 10 am
appointment and my car was ready
by 10: 30 (even though they said it could take 2-2.5 hours). We ended up dropping my husband's car off for a couple of cracks and is was done in about a half hour! My windshield (2013 GMC Terrsin) was only $286 - I was expecting much more expensive. And they were kind enough to not charge us gor my husband's since we had just got a new windshield. Highly recommend!

It was one of those nasty frozen snowing day of Alberta 4: 45pm on Friday, Badly my windshield hit by a rock and it had a big potential to spread. They kindly accept repair and most important part free, they found I recently changed my windshield in other shop. They really honestly and working by dignity, I will recommend them 100%.

We just had our windshield replaced there today. They completed the job quickly, the windshield looks great and their customer service and pricing were fantastic. Highly recommend!

Nick and the whole team are amazing to work with. I moved to Airdrie and didn’t know who to go with and they’ve always answered and treated me with respect and answered all the questions I have.

Update 01.24.2023: As a Jeep owner, windshields are a pain because of the angle, and any little stone that hits while driving leaves a mark. Getting the added window/rain treatment stopped chips from cracking and spidering out, which means almost two years without a big crack. I definitely recommend!

The guys in airdrie were spot on. A brand new windshield installed within the hour. I got a chip in it a few days later (of course) and they filled it for free in less than half hour. Great prices and great service.

I am fairly new to Airdrie and cracked windshields. I don't normally leave reviews therefore the fact I am taking the time to do says a lot about Glass Masters. I know nothing about windshield replacement, cost, process etc.but I do know customer service. I am a professional who delivers customer service each and every day. And not in just one industry (I have 2 jobs that are very, very different from each other). First, Nick, who greeted me, was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He explained things very clearly and made me aware of my responsibilities as a customer post-installation of my windshield. No mansplaing, treating me like an uninformed woman etc. I was treated just as a 'customer' should be! Nick was awesome and the others, whom I did not speak to but came to the front, were all very pleasant and courteous. This was huge for me. In one of my jobs I am purely a remote worker. I was in at 10am and had an unexpected meeting at 11am. I sat in the waiting area (I continued to work while I waited) and participated in my meeting without any disruptions. They let me sit there in almost complete silence and talk away to myself (meeting was virtual so that is what it sounded like). I would give more than 5 stars. ALL of the GlassMasters team is great and they live up to their company guidelines which, by the way are posted on their wall. This level of customer service was not expected as I have not had great service anywhere since the pandemic. The pandemic is not an excuse to shirk customer service responsibilities even if you are having a hard time with employees or lack of. So kudos to GlassMasters for going the extra mile in these, still, extra trying times.

If I could give more stars I would. I have been to GlassMasters here in Airdrie a couple times now between both my vehicles and they have exceeded my expectations both times. They have incredible customer service, have great pricing, are fast and amazing at what they do. I'm extremely impressed and will definitely be coming back for all future glass repairs or replacements. Highly recommend.

Great experience, took 1.5 hours which was much quicker than they estimated and pricing was very competitive. Hopefully I won't need to come back for a long time, but when I do, I'll come here again

Do you have a punch card? Replace 3 windows and the 4th is free, right? Joe is amazing (not average despite popular belief) As much as I've had a great experience, I don't wanna go back any time soon.

Side note; avoid rocks, windows don't like them.

Went in at 4: 50 to get a rock chip fixed as they closed at 5: 30. Was told no one was working in the shop for the rest of the day. That is convenient

I drive a lot, and go thru a windshield a year, i have tried many glass shops.
I find GlassMasters prices very compeditive, service is top notch, and the staff are awesome!
My last visit was the fastest ive ever seen a window get changed, and from working at a car dealer for a few years, ive seen a lot of windows changed.but never that well, or fast.

Amazing customer service, had 2 cars done in one afternoon, they even put my dash cam back for me. Had 2 Toyota windshields replaced for the price of 1 factory windshield. No blemishes on either windshield, good quality glass. Already recommended to 2 others. This was at the Airdrie location.

Excellent service, friendly, highly recommend. This was my first time using Glassmasters Airdrie but I will be a repeat customer. I mistakenly spec'd out the wrong windshield but they were very quick to inform me of the error and offered to bring in the correct one same day. Fair pricing and great service!

Brent did a great job accommodating me when I accidentally booked at a different place in Calgary. Got a new windshield and then shortly after they fixed an unfortunate rock chip for me. Great service.

Had a rock chip on my windshield, stopped two weeks ago to have it repaired.
The tech drove my truck at high speed in the parking lot to the repair booth!
Asked the manager what the problem was!
He tells me the tech is having a bad day!
I tell him the tech is not to drive my truck back! The manager brings it back, explains the chip cracks remaining are normal!
Shocked at his response I take my truck to Speedy glass they patch over glass-master job and now looks almost perfect!
