Trying to push calibration on the windshield replacement even if is not needed. Why would I pay for something that doesn’t need to be done?

I recently visited glassmasters to get a crack repaired on my windshield, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the service and quality of work provided by this shop.

Good service, windshield has no issues after a week and a fair price. Definitely recommend for windshield replacements.

Had a rock chip to get fixed. They were courteous and told me exactly how long it would take. Great service

I got my very first rock chip on my 2 months old brand new car the other day. That same day I went in to GlassMasters to get the chip repair because I was afraid of it cracking.few minutes being at the shop they called me to show that a crack ended up happening while fixing the chip. They assured me that they'll try to fill it to the point that it wont be too obvious. Well the crack is very obvious.and along that crack there was new 2 points that was very obvious too. I brought it back the next day hoping they would at least try again to fill the crack and the 2 new points that they created but nothing was done. The people were very nice and friendly and I do understand that with glass you will never know how it would react with the drill.it just makes me sad that a chip ended up turning into a crack that is right on my vision.

Few days after the I did notice the crack getting longer.

The Manager, Bryan Omerzu was extremely great to deal with, friendly, polite, knowledgeable. Got me in and out in no time! Awesome place! Keep up the good work Bryan!

Just finished my first experience with Glassmasters South this week and was IMPRESSED! From first call to Jamie Goddard to dealing with Ryan at the shop, nothing but professional, fast and efficient services. Great prices too! I have already referred them a cadillac and a tesla as a thank you! WELL DONE!)

I think it would be a 5 star if my vehicle came back in the condition I sent it. Minus the windshield crack, of course.they got urethane on the door. I will update when they have responded and resolve my new issue, chipped paint.

**Update to 3 stars I had to physically visit the location, and they confirmed the paint chips may have been there prior to the work. I had a solid 20 minute wait to hear that they don't take any responsibility for paint chips or damages anyway. Save some time and clean the urethane yourself like I did. I paid extra for pick up and delivery, and they failed to spot the black marks on the walk through. This resulted in me wasting my time to come back into the shop. The end result did not satisfy my concerns. The video used to show possible damage of the paint chips prior wasn't indefinitely clear, but I'll take their word for it. The black spot I did buff out myself. Overall, the 3 stars are for failing to bring my vehicle back without damages (the urethane). And for wasting my time instead of sending me a video or photo of the evidence. Also, my vin doesn't clearly line up to the windshield view hole anymore.

My sister works here. All the staff are super friendly.and always so pleasant. They do great work and go above and beyond. Everyone should go here if they need any sort of windshield repair or replacement.

Amazing quick work on my rock chip. They honored a very old credit I had with them and I was very impressed. A nice friendly atmosphere with the staff and a comfortable waiting room. I’ll be a customer for life!

These guys are great. My car was unfortunately broken in to so I was a little bit of a mess. Avin on the phone was wonderful and won me over! So kind and courteous. The price was lower than everyone else I talked to. THEN! When my tow was behind schedule, great customer service from their end! I was able to pay ahead and they still had the car ready to go and available for pickup before the end of the day. Thank you!
My only criticism would be maybe don’t put the bill in plain view with “keys in centre console” written across it! My car was there cause of a break in, I certainly don’t want another one!

I needed our car back by 4 PM for an important medical appointment and the guy who picked it up said he would do his best. Well, he was good to his word. He returned the car at quarter to 4 and I made my appointment on time, If I need glass work done on a vehicle again, I will defiitely use these guys.

They are fast and reliable and very professional. Out of 7 shop i requested quotes they were the first to respond and the most cheapest and also they got my replacement in stock in just a day. They work in a very timely manner and won't disappoint you.left my car dirty inside with glass debris and came back with much cleaner car Highly recommended and will be my number one option if i ever need glass repair/replacement of my car. Also they are very kind and pproachable people.

I was previously quoted over $1,400 from my car dealership to have my windshield replaced. Glass Masters was able to do it for 1/4 of the price. Their service was kind, professional and quick. I HIGHLY recommend them! Would definitely go back if I ever had any glass repairs or replacements to do!

We had appointment at 12: 00. It’s 3: 00 and still not done. I will absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone. Not impressed!

The customer service rep at the front desk works hard. I was an unhappy customer in the morning due to lack of communication to both parties. Once I had collected my item from the pick and pull in Nisku, came back to give them my services and give it a second chance. They were professional, kind, and provided me with knowledge on what to expect from my car. Thanks for the great customer service even though we had a rocky start.
