The guys at GlassMasters were great, went in for a walk in rock chip repair. They were very nice, great service. They were willing to help and went the extra mile. Definitely will go back if I need to and would recommend them to anyone!

One star for the road ragers they have driving their company vehicles. What a idiot. Good job moron. Tail gating to the point of almost hitting the back end of another driver then swearing at them while driving a company vehicle right in front of your own company shop. This company employees some really aggressive jerks.

Was able to call in the morning and get my windshield replaced in the afternoon. Took about 2 hours. Windshield looks great.

Got windshield changed for my truck, and got it done in couple of hours. Got appointment the next day. Very efficient service.

Warning RHD vehicle owners: this place is a WASTE of time. Brought my Japanese Import in to them to change a windshield and they wanted to double check to make sure the windshield would fit. As they accepted to undertake the service for my car, I noticed a gap at the bottom of the windshield which they did make me aware of after the job was done. The front desk employee reassured me that there would be no issues and that it is safe to operate the vehicle; unfortunately, I would hear the windshield vibrate when I would drive over unavoidable bumps on the road. Not only that, they disregarded cleaning the interior of the window. Surely enough you would think paying $500~ for a windshield they would do this. Once I got home I noticed the A pillar had damages to it - a puncture and a scratch like defacement. I brought it to the front desk employee's attention along with photo proof from less than a month showing no damages to it. They claimed their "expert" installer was no where near this part of the interior which I found strange because the air freshener near this area was removed (and was on the floor in the back) indicating someone was in fact near this area. Being that they are "Glass Masters", I would not have accepted this vehicle at the start. Now I am stuck with a windshield that constantly sounds like it's in the verge of shattering when I drive it and more importantly, I do not feel safe driving it. Again, if you own a RHD vehicle, I would not recommend going here as it seems like they are money hungry and will hang you up to dry if there are issues with the job they do. I was told their manager would be looking into it and getting back to me. Yet, it has been almost a month of waiting to hear back about anything to rectify these issues and I have not heard back.

Easy on line quote, very competitive price, booked install appointment by phone several days later. Job completed on time, at price quoted, rain sensor worked perfectly. The after market windshield was indistinguishable from OEM. Front end staff very helpful, nice waiting area, couldn’t be happier. These guys get my next windshield business for sure.

I was very impressed with Rob and the team at GlassMasters. I came in on a cold, wet day for a chip repair. They let me know the weather wasn't good for repairs but I was in a hurry, so they did it. Rob told me he wasn't happy with the result and he wouldn't charge me for the repair. Tremendous! I will send everyone there in the future.

Best windshield repair in the city (royal oak) in my opinion. Not only they repaired the rock chip in a professional and timely manner, they also charged very reasonably. The result work is perfect, and they takes time to fix the issue right the first time. I had many rock chips on various of my car, and I would not hesitate to visit them for all my windshield repair work now and in future. Keep up the good work guys! -Jason
