These people are awesome! I moved here from BC and shortly after arriving I finally got a crack in my windshield that ended up spreading across my line of sight. They were able to get me in on the very next day and was able to get a new windshield installed fast for a reasonable price. If you are looking to get your glass replaced, this is where to go! Great staff, very responsive. My OEM part was going to come in a few days later and they called me the day before my appointment and communication was great. The quote was cheaper than the competitor. Overall, my second time at Glassmasters and both experiences were really great.

I returned here to have my windshield replaced after having a rock chip repaired a couple of years earlier because they were very professional and punctual. I was not at all disappointed with my second visit and will definately use them again in the future.

I was an Evacuee from the NWT this summer. I called GlassMasters at lunch, got my vehicle in for 1PM and picked it back up with a new side glass panel by 4PM.
They did a decent job vacuuming the glass that shattered into the vehicle and even filled a rock chip for free on my windshield!

My rear left window got smashed and I have tried calling a bunch of auto glass shops, but only GlassMasters have a stock! Not only they have a stock but they also managed to get me a schedule for the day and got it fixed in an hour! They also got the cheapest price from all the quotations I have requested for. I took my truck here yesterday for a new windshield. Told the guys I have my cord for my light bar running down the the corner of the windshield. If they could just replace it like I had it that would be be great. Well they destroyed the core and left it hanging there. They also cut my dream catcher off my rear view mirror. Was not impressed with this. The windshield looks great but I don’t I’ll go back there again.

Great experience, they got us in quickly on short notice and had the job done in a very timely manner. Very professional and efficient.

We had an appointment here to have a windshield put in our truck last week. The booking and details went fine, but when my wife dropped it in to have the job done she was told 2 to 2 1/2 hours which she was OK with not the 31/2 pushing 4 hours later that she got the truck back.
Upon arrival she asked if they were on schedule which she was told yes they were right on time.
Once the job was almost done the tech drove out of the lot quite fast and unprofessional in our opinion in someone else's vehicle.
We were advised that the 2 pieces of tape on the top of the glass had to remain for 24 hours but had been blown off by the time the vehicle arrived home.
After inspecting the truck I noticed scrubs on the clearcoat that wasn't there before I hope will buff out. This Is the first time dealing with glassmasters and it came with high recommendation from a co worker because of the usual good customer service, this was not the case this time as it seemed like a job got pushed ahead of ours or some reason that delayed the job and seemed like it ended up being a rush job In the end.
Customer beware at this location please.

Had a great experience here with Andrew and the Staff with recently repairing my wife's windshield. Was an incredibly easy and smooth process. Outstanding customer service at this location, they really care about their customers. Although my experience wasn't the greatest, GlassMasters still provided some of the best customer service I've ever received from any business.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew who treated me with respect and took accountability for GlassMasters honest mistake with my recent visit.

I recently brought my vehicle here to replace my damaged rear windshield, within a few hours the glass was replaced but unfortunately due to a supplier issue, the windshield was warped which made it unsafe to drive my vehicle at night. I contacted GlassMasters the next day and was told me to bring it back in and it would be replaced again free of charge. Within a day GlassMasters had the glass replaced and unfortunately it was warped again due to a different supplier issue. I completely understand GlassMasters does not manufacture their own glass and that this was no one's fault however still an unfortunate situation.

As well, I should mention that Andrew even tried to locate a new supplier or dealership with OEM parts to overcome this supplier issue but unfortunately he wasn't able to find a replacement. However because of the circumstances of this situation, Andrew provided me with a full refund and offered a complimentary windshield replacement in the future. This level of customer service is above and beyond and I would still recommend GlassMasters to anyone despite my unfortunate situation with them.

Whenever I have a chip, crack, or anything window/windshield related, GlassMasters is who I go to. They are friendly, quick, affordable, and always do an amazing job.

After having a bad experience with this company on the south side I was then taken care of by the West End location they did a good enough job making amends and getting the job done right that even with troubles they're worth the five stars I would advise the West End location but even if you have a problem these guys will take care of it

ABSOLUTELY UNREAL JOB. I tried to find a replacement drivers side window for my 2021 Elantra. Was told by other companies they "weren't available in Canada" I called the dealership and their quote was absolutely insane. Andrew and his team at the 111 Ave location killed it. He was able to order the window and have it installed in days. The price of the window AND installation was less than what the dealership was trying to charge for JUST the installation! I showed up to the shop with glass on the floor of my car in the cup holder and all over the seat (I put a blanket over it). I totally wasn't expecting them to touch the glass on the interior just to switch out the window. BUT when I picked it up the blanket was folded in the back seat and ALL THE GLASS WAS COMPLETELY CLEANED LIKE THIS DUDE PICKED ALL THE CHANGE OUT OF THE GLASS FILLED CUP HOLDER cleaned it out then put everything back. I never write reviews but these boys went so far out of their way I'm genuinely impressed! Best customer experience I think I've ever had. Very impressed.

Guy came out to fix windshield but my windshield was to messed up and he explained why. Came back out on date that was agreed and replaced my windshield very professional job

Got me in early and as i was going to be waiting instead of dropping the car off. They put a rush on my car and i was out the door quickly! Kind and efficient service. Windshield is perfect!

Fast, professional and experienced. The parts were available in Edmonton. No wait for them to arrive. I was able to keep work at their guest business centre while they repaired my glass. Glass Masters is a very referable company and I’ll be sure to encourage my friends to check them out.

Had a very positive experience with the team at Glassmasters. Their website was easy to use for a quote and for booking my appointment to get my windshield replaced.
