Disclaimer: This is a review of the service department.

I took my car in to have a leak inspected. The service agent I was dealing with was Sam Attia.

For almost a week he did not respond to any text messages, any voicemails left for him to call me back or any emails.

I finally ubered to the dealership and when I confronted him he simply said “oh I forgot”. Then quickly gave me my key and paperwork and didn’t even wait around for me to signing because he had to “check on something”

Because of Sam’s “forgetfulness” my family was subject to finding different ways to get to work which did result on me missing a day of work.

I tried to complain to Sam’s manager - but just like Sam they did not respond either. No attempt was made to show they values my business.

Perhaps if I was intending to buy a brand new Audi I may have received a little more attention.

Most awful dealership ever. The dealership is a rip-off. The personnel is completely unprofessional, and parts are overpriced. Never ever make a purchase from this dealership. I wish there was a way to avoid giving anything at all stars.

I've been purchases vehicles from Glenmore Audi since 2016. I've received such great service from all departments at this location. They do their best to give me a loaner when they are available, they let me test drives the vehies on my own (this is important to me to experience this alone). Some dealerships don't trust you enough, which is a redflag immediately. The Audi care is a reasonable price and covers everything with no hidden secrets. Doug Jason and Mitchell have been such a breeze to deal with. They do not pressure you, they take their time to find exactly what you're looking for. Oh and they love dogs!

In 2016 I went to Royal Oak this dealership to test and A5. The gentleman sold it before I arrived and he had a black eye and didn't seem to have time for me once he relapsed I was there to test drive a car that is no longer available. So I stick to Glenmore.

Since buying my first Audi, I have a handful of friends that have converted to Audi and are very pleased.

Back in 2018 I purchased a C300 from Mercedes Benz downtown, from purchase to selling (1.5 yearz) it was by far the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Including their managers and service department. They never had loaners available, they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my Valles that kept getting stuck closes so I was with out a vehicle for months. They replaced a flat tire with the wrong size, so driving over 80kms the whole car would shake. I didn't realize the wrong size tire until I went to sell them so I lostoney. When I called the dealership they said there is nothing they can do now. So of course I naturally went back to Audi and have learned my lesson.

Very disappointed with the service by the parts services department (long story short), completely unprofessional/ inappropriate handling of the unpleased for the customer situation. This review is long overdue. I’ve been a customer of Glenmore Audi and their satellite shop since 2006. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and competent in their work. I highly recommend this dealership.

I have been to this dealership on a few occasions and every time my experience was amazing. Boris Lajzer was able to book me in on a short notice and always made sure that I was informed of what needed to be done to my Audi. All Glenmore Audi staff are very professional and welcoming. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that needs anything done to their car. Thank you Boris! I will be back for sure.

Not much impressed. I wanted to have a change from my other German cars to Audi, but the sales person wasn't able to convince me to do so. I may try another Audi dealership or just stick with what I'm happy with.

My Audi purchase was perfect from start to finish. The sales team was professional and very knowledgeable. The finance manager Peter was amazing and considerate of our time. Melissa did the orientation and patiently answered all my questions.

Went in to get a check engine light diagnosis, and just that alone was over $200. Was told it was an issue with a vacuum hose, and it should take about an hour and half to fix. The only available time for another appointment was two weeks away though.

Yesterday they phoned me to confirm I was bringing in my vehicle for this morning, I told them yes.

Got there this morning, right on time for my 9: 15 appointment. They then proceeded to tell me that the technician might be away for the week, and go to the back to see if he's around. (Why are you booking appointments for your technician and you don't even know his schedule?) Turns out, the technician IS around, but he's too busy with another vehicle to get to mine unless I leave it over night.

Just wondering what the point of booking a morning appointment is, if there isn't even a guarantee a technician will be around to look at the car that day? Am I supposed to book my car in and just hope that you guys remember it? Did you double book or something? Even just a phone call the day before to say "hey our technician is very busy this week and might not be able to get to your vehicle on the day you have it scheduled for, would you like to reschedule? " would have been nice. Regardless, I definitely won't be wasting any more time or money at Glenmore Audi.

We bought a new car sometimes back and after that recently went back for factory recall. Our experience was very good with the delivery girl and the service representative.
Both are very helpful and knowledgeable. Today after dealing with Michel in service, I was so impressed. He helped me to get the things done in the best possible way.

If I could give this location a 0 star rating I would! Worst automotive service I've ever had! Took my car in for the second part of my oil consumption test, I get half way home and my "fill oil message" comes on, I call Audi, they apologize as "the technician must have not topped off my oil after doing the test". Then They tell me to come back to get a bottle of oil, not offer to shuttle it to me? This mistake could've led to my whole engine being ruined.

Do not take your vehicle to this location!

Went in to check out the new Etron. The Asian Salesman brushed me off and told me there is a 6 month wait time for delivery. Went to the other dealership
in town and I'm taking possession of the Etron at the end of March.

We have had the same Q5 S-Line since it was new in 2010 and I am consistently impressed with the service department at Glenmore Audi. This week was no exception when I had an electrical problem brought on by a recent visit to a body shop. These people know what there doing and fixed things up quick and at a reasonable cost. Although I did not end up purchasing a vehicle here, I would like to say that my experience in looking for a car with Steve Giles in sales was very good. Steve was easygoing and very helpful, and the test drives he set up were above what I have seen at some other dealers, for example, Steve warmed up a car for me in advance of my visit on a very cold evening.

Boris and the shop foreman both stepped in to help this frustrated damsel in distress trying to get back home to Edmonton on a very snowy day. For some reason my Q7 TDI was being difficult after adding AdBlue and the warning light would not go off. Subsequently I was down to less than 200lm until my engine restart would be disabled. My fear of getting on the highway with the snow and having an issue was causing me stress. Despite being completely booked, Boris worked to get my vehicle looked at immediately so I could get on the highway home. Thank you very much for your help and making the safety of myself and my little co pilot a priority.

I've been driving an Audi for a decade, every vehicle I have bought from Glenmore Audi has been fantastic. My latest vehicle, an SQ5, was getting my winter tires installed this week, I created an issue with missing lug-nuts on my winter tires in storage. Boris Lajzer from Service went above-and-beyond to help me out with lug-nuts and rescheduling my SQ5 to have my tires changed (the next day) when they are SO busy. Will be a customer as far as I can see! Thanks Boris!

Hi, Really love my car. However I have not had great luck with service. The most recent round I have been trying to rearrange an appointment due to a family emergency and I need my snow tires on asap. When I phoned on Friday last I was directed to the main service line, they subsequently asked me to work with the service advisor who set up the original appointment. I left him a message. No reply by Mon. Afternoon. So I left him another message. No reply. Wed. I phoned and was directed back to the main service number and had to leave a message as they were busy. Still no reply. Called early Thurs.morning to see if I could catch someone and the service guy asked me to deal with the main service advisors. I told him how I had tried. I explained I was in a family medical emergency and needed my original appointment postponed, but needed my snow tires right away as I was driving and likely away until November and did not want to be caught without good tires on. He offered nothing. So I called the satellite office. Explained everything, asked for a touch base from a service manager. Have heard nothing. The satellite office offered a midweek appointment. But need my car half a day with no loaner and since I live out of the city will have to take Uber to get stuff done. Honestly I am considering giving my car back and going back to an Infinity where the service is mind blowing. Sad about that, but since I drive so much having great service is Necessary for me. Hoped for excellence. Not getting it.

Same experience as others. Came to look at a Audi Q7 on the lot. Walked around for 15 mins outside then went inside. Not one person said hello and everyone was sitting at there desks, receptionist didn't even acknowledge us. Went back out side, nothing still. Ill take my money to another dealership, as a business owner I am shocked at the level of service given. If I ignored my customers like that I would be out of business in a week.

My wife and I just purchased a pre-owned Volkswagen here, and are really happy with the car so far. Henry and Justin were both awesome and easy to work with. The asking price was fair, and any concerns that we had pre-purchase were addressed in a timely manner.

The only not-so-positive part of my experience was dropping the car off with the service department for a final small repair relating to the preparation of the vehicle. The first person who initially booked my appointment was great. But when I came back, there was some internal confusion about how my appointment had been booked in, and when they were unable to find the work order under my name, I was met with comments like "a little info goes a long way" and "are you sure you're in the right place? We only service Audis". Just a sort of weird vibe, like I had done something to inconvenience them by bringing in my car, which I had literally just purchased there days prior.

So overall based on my experience, I can definitely recommend buying a pre-owned vehicle here. My interaction with with the service dept was more of a mixed bag, but maybe I just caught them during a rough week.

Had a great car buying experience here. Bought a diesel q5. Everything from test driving to delivery was great experience. Erin Buehler was very helpful with everything. Jason in finance was very accommodating as well. I highly recommended this place. Will keep editing this review based on future experience with service.

Brian Duggal has been the person to check me in, in the past as well as yesterday. His attitude and manner leaves much to be desired. The process is needlessly slow (especially when all the information is provided ahead of time when the appointment is booked). Having to "negotiate" when the car is needed seems counter productive to me. To top it all, I was told my car would be ready at 2pm, I was picked up (as planned at 130pm), but when I came into the service centre, I was told my car hadn't even made it to the shop! I was also asked "if I had any where to be! " This type of mismanagement is a gross waste of your clients' time! It is unacceptable. Brian waived the cost of switching out my tires, but it still felt inadequate. The entire experience has been most unsatisfactory. FYI - we have owned 4 Audis in the past 8 years and have used the Audi dealerships in Toronto and Calgary. This isn't the type of service we expect.

I brought in my Q7 for a recall. There were several items that needed to be addressed on my vehicle. Sam was the individual who assisted me. Once he reviewed all the items that needed to be fixed he arranged to have a loaner car for me. I had originally requested a ride to Chinook Mall. I was impressed with Sam’s attention to detail and for suggesting the loaner car. The technicians worked on my car all day however they needed more time. Sam called me to inform me that they needed to keep my car for another day to complete the required work. Excellent communication and follow-up.

The service advisers are the real heart of the soul of this dealership. A giant thank you to the consistent care and meticulous attention to our family needs all these years. All staff conducted themselves in a gregarious manner from the moment you walk in, providing all the necessary comforts while our SUV was being serviced. They really do walk the extra mile to ensure we were aware of the mechanical issues from diagnosis, warranty to repair costs but most importantly, the adviser was patient with all my questions! P. S love the Audi puppy! Thank you Glenmore Audi for treating us like family.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of using Glenmore Audi for some recalls and repair to my Audi. I had neither bought the car there nor had been there before. I was treated as a first class customer and service was a good as I have ever had. They are a class outfit and would not hesitate anyone to use them for a dealer. 5 stars! And I’ll be back I’m sure!

Our experience with the team at Glenmore Audi from start to finish has been exemplary. From the first time we stopped in at the showroom through to our orientation meeting, everyone we dealt with was absolutely fantastic. Johnston Crawford is exceptional and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect car. Peter and Trent with the finance team were very pleasant and helpful in the completion of our purchase. The Delivery Specialist, Melissa Lapalme, was great to work with and spent a lot of time setting up and helping us learn the many features of our new car. Very nice dealership but will put minimal effort into warranty claims with Audi Canada. Instead of being proactive and helping you to determine exactly which service documents are required to maximize the warranty claim you are told “you can call Audi yourself to find out” and “well, this is all Audi Canada told me”.

Sales folks are good. Service management team is an exercise in frustration. Service delivery is good. Follow up with you on service calls is unreliable, you need to be your own service representative. Honda really spooled us as customers as their service team was always on top of their game. - 2019-03-12

Almost a 30 minute wait and then 70 bucks for a pair of wiper blades. 70 bucks really, and l installed them myself. I would suggest others check online there avalible for much less.wish i would have done that. Lesson learned!

Such a great dealership. I`m so satisfied with the services they provided. Their booking system is easy and convenient. I had a fantastic experience of shuttle service. The service department has wonderful staff, all they are so friendly, professional and very helpful.

I also want to thank sales department as well, especially for Steve Giles.
I leased Q5 a year ago with the help of Steve and was fully satisfied with his assistance. He still helps me a lot whenever I ask. He is so humble, professional and is always trying to find the best solution for the customer.

I would like to recommend the Audi Glenmore to anyone who is interested in Audi. I always can catch a good feeling like a dignity, enthusiasm and energy whenever I get there.

We recently had our Q7 TDi in for a (lengthy) complete engine replacement. I’ve dealt exclusively with Jason and Chris (satellite location) and observed diligence, professionalism, and excellent communication - timely, and detailed. Not only that; Jason went the extra mile to have the interior/exterior detailed to perfection. The car looked brand new! Thank you, gentlemen and your team, for taking such good care of our vehicle, and my family (via loaner). I’ve dealt with Jason before and won’t go to another specialist.

On very short notice, I was given an appointment the very next day to do my 90,000 km service. When in the dealership, I was dealt with by Sam and am very happy with his thoroughness, knowledge and friendliness. My overall experience was excellent.

When I called to book the appointment I was able to get in quickly, when I arrived to drop off my car they had my loaner all ready to go for me and when I picked up my vehicle, everything went as expected. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly.

Recently purchased my 3rd Audi from Steve at Glenmore Audi. Steve was great at getting me all the information I needed and the specs for the cars I was looking at, made it really easy for me to pick the car I wanted with all the features I was looking to have on the car. The rest of the Glenmore Audi team made the whole experience a real pleasure and I see myself as an Audi customer for a long time to come. I highly recommend buying your vehicle from this dealership.

Went car shopping while in Calgary. Figured I would give Audi a chance so I made the drive over from the automall which ended up been a complete waste of time. I walked around the showroom for 20 minutes, nobody acknowledged my existence so I left and bought Mercedes C43.
