I had been a patient at this clinic for the last 5 years. I left my previous family doctor as recommended by this clinic to become a patient. When I would come in for apts and check ups I was always rotated to a different doctor, never really seeing the same doctor twice. I called today to make an apt for my 2 year old son, who was also a patient of this clinic and the receptionist was very short, informing me that I had been discharged; I am no longer a patient of this clinic. One of the doctors that I was assigned to had left the clinic and due to her departure they discharged me as a patient. I was not offered a solution or even a forwarding clinic to contact. Very dissapointing to be treated this way. She was short, abrupt and uncaring.

I don’t understand how every time I come in there’s like 5 people standing yet no one answers the phone when I’ve called every day for the past week. The doctors at this clinic are too good to be let down by some receptionists. Reception is the face of a company and just the fact that you can’t seem to contact this clinic makes it hard to rely on. Please fix this issue whoever owns this place because there’s lots of potential to be one of the best! Anyone can be a receptionist it shouldn’t be hard!

How many times i have to call to find an answer? !
They never pick up their phones even during their working hours.
Beside the reception is soooo anyoing and they dont know to work properly they dont transfer you to the doctor and take forever to find you in their system.
Even when the doctor called me and she left a msa says call us!

Always welcoming staff and always treated very well. Dr Tupper is who we mainly dealt with through our first pregnancy and she was amazing. She always made me feel at ease and went out of her way to explain things to ensure I was comfortable and understood things.
I would highly recommend the clinic to any moms to be, with a special recognition to dr Tupper, but the other dr I did see we’re also great.

Dr. Le Jour is so amazing and kind, spent time and effort speaking with me and you can tell she truly cares about her patients.

I loved the doctors here that I saw during pregnancy and my delivery, and even the doctors I spoke to that were on call. But I’m not exaggerating when I say I would wait a minimum of 30 min - 45 min each time to get to a room, then another 15-20 to see the doctor for just a few minutes, at times I left feeling like I didn’t have time to ask questions. It was a little frustrating to have to take so much time off of work for what was actually a 5 minute appointment, and I even tried to get first appointments of the day or what not. I really think they just double or triple book.

I’ve always had great experiences at my doctors office. Everyone is nice and always in happy moods

Dr. Caroline Le Jour is absolutely amazing, she performed my abdominal hysterectomy just before moving from the South Health Campus to Rocky View Hospital, I only wish I knew of her when I was pregnant with my son! She made me feel secure and comfortable through the whole process, this was my first surgery and I was nervous. I cannot say enough good things about her, my recovery has been great and honestly I believe that is due to her exceptional surgical skills. Through every step of the way Dr. Le Jour left me feeling confident that I was in the best hands and I truly was.

Every step of the experience was awesome. I had the opportunity to meet all the doctors and I was happy to have worked with every one. The nurses and front staff were always friendly and helpful. All staff and doctors were courteous, understanding and a pleasure to talk to. I really appreciated how much care the doctors gave listening to my concerns and questions and they always explained everything thoroughly. I will definitely be back if we have another child!

Dr. Karlos is so thorough, so professional and understanding of how to treat me where I am at my stage of life, health and wellness. I would highly recommend her and her clinic.

After researching many maternity clinics, I chose this one and I couldn't be happier. With this being my first pregnancy, I had many questions and Dr. Robertson has been nothing but AMAZING. She takes the time to address my concerns and never makes me feel rushed. The nurses have also been just as lovely. They're all so friendly and positive! I've also seen Dr. MacDonnell here a couple of times and had great experiences. I happily drive across the city for the care provided by this clinic!

Jerrai was the best. She assured me about my concerns and provided me with all the information i should recieve. I can say she goes above and beyond with her work. Im so grateful that i have a very good support throughout my pregnancy.

We cannot thank Dr Karlos enough. Having somebody so steadfast and compassionate by our side meant everything to us.

I had the privilege of having Dr. Karlos as my OB for my first child and couldn’t be happier with our care! She is so easy to talk to and quick to respond to my and my babies needs. I was lucky enough to have Dr. Karlos also deliver my baby, and I was amazed at how she eased the process for me. The entire experience at Glenmore Maternity was amazing, and all the doctors and nurses make you feel like family. I highly recommend Dr. Karlos and the team!

This clinic is the best, I can’t say nothing more than thank you to all Doctors and nurses that works at this clinic. I’m 5 years with Doctor Katrina Kelly she is amazing. I cannot thank her enough for the excellent care she had provided for me and my kids from the moment we met her, I appreciate how she gives me time and listen to all my concerns I feel valued and respected. I was so scared and stressing out during my pregnancy. She was supporting me and taking such good care of us during my pregnancy and after as well the labor. Because of her professionalism and great smiles, I felt happy and I was in good hands?

This clinic is the best in the city. The front desk is so so nice and accommodating, the doctors are all phenomenal. Dr Karlos has been my little girls doctor and I can’t help but leave the clinic feeling reassured about everything and know that my daughter is in good hands. They don’t rush you, they are on time and give you tons of information.
During my pregnancy I felt like I was in good hands as I got so much information from dr karlos and the staff. During covid this clinic has been very safe and cautious and I haven’t been worried to go inside and if you can’t go see them they offer over the phone appointments too, which has helped immensely.
Look no further this clinic is the one you want to go to.
