Without doubt the smartest mechanic I've ever met in Calgary. Highly knowledgeable and skilled. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the place is highly disorganized. Be prepared to wait a whole day to get an oil change or longer. Appointments are taken down on pen and paper there's no computer program used to schedule work. I have full confidence saying you'll get the pricing in all of Calgary here for any vehicle work required, just be prepared to wait longer than they say.

Called and explained my issue and he was great. Explained what I should do, that I could get some of it done by Ford. Very easily could have just said bring it in and charged me but he didn’t. I’ll be back when I have more car issues!

Called today and wanted to know when i could get my vehicle in and they let me come today, I was able to drop it off and pick it up within the same day. They also have very reasonable prices especially being a woman some places rip others off but they showed and told me exactly what needed to be replaced which is a plus in my opinion 10/10 Recommend this place!

I needed to replace some broken parts on my vehicle. I provided the parts and requested that the mechanic replace them on my vehicle.

After I got my car, I was shocked to see that the mechanic did not replace the parts! Unfortunately, I found out that the parts were not replaced after I paid for the labour. I will file a complaint with the better business bureau.

The owners name is Assad, and he is one of the worst mechanics I ever met. Basically, straight up robbing customers. Shops like this give mechanics a bad name.

Avoid at all costs. The Mechanic Asad claimed to have changed parts on my car and made me pay for it. I was shocked to see that the parts were not even changed. Absolute theft. Don't believe the fake positive reviews.

The owner "Asad" made me pay for labour to replace some parts on my vehicle. I later found out that none of the parts were actually replaced! This shop is the worst of the worst. Don't believe any of the fake positive reviews.

The owner Asad made me pay for parts and labour that he did not perform on my car. On top of that, the mechanics at this shop literally filled my car interior with oil and greese. Despite my best efforts, I was unable to fully clean my car.

Excellent services at the most affordable prices. From the front desk to the owner Asad, all you get is great service. I give them a 10.

I went for oil change and Uber inspection after 4 hour when my turn come they left up my car and said rear tiers are low they can’t pass the inspection I said ok I will do it later he said ok when I wanna pay they change me for inspection too $66 I try to explain you can’t charge me he was so rude and secondly I had my own oil they changed me $ 40 labor they have sign oil change for $ 40 it’s robbery oil change for $ 40 and only labor is same at end I gave them $104 for just oil change and waste me 4 hours never go back there

Guys here are super trustworthy, and do good work - great value for money as well. I’ve been going here for the last 2 years and will probably keep going here for as long as I drive!

Don't go here if you value your time. They are really bad at communicating timelines. When they give you an appointment time and a estimated time, expect that time to be at least 3x as long. And you'll be waiting for hours in their waiting room, wondering when they're going to finally find the time to work on your vehicle.

The problem is that the lady at the front desk doesn't know anything about cars. And they communicate poorly with the mechanics working in the back. And they always overbook themselves, by a lot.

Let me give you some examples.

1. Changing winter tires on rim. An extremely simple thing that takes maybe 10minutes. Was told to come in at 10am. Didn't get the car back until 2 hours later at 12pm. Some other guy in the waiting room was telling me how he was waiting for his vehicle and was worried he wasn't going to make it to his job on time.

2. I got the timing belt and water pump changed on my Ford Escape. 3 weeks later I noticed the coolant level was low. They said come in at 2pm, we'll take a look to find the leak. I didn't get my car back until noon the next day.

2 stars because prices are reasonable.

Really excellent.
Their customer service folks were excellent, and really knowledgeable. Front of house, and the mechanic who worked on mine, were willing to answer all my questions and explained things clearly.
The camera feed from the garage, into the waiting room took a lot of the apprehension out of waiting. The staff help maintain a positive atmosphere while folks wait. AND, They got me in on a Saturday morning.
I watched them be honest with someone, and talk them out of an oil change they didn't need.
They shopped around for my parts at the front, after calling me up, so I was aware of everything they were finding.
Excellent experience, everything a vehicle repair shop should be!

It was a pleasure dealing with Assad. Thanks to the new assistant I was in and out in no time for my oil change and general car check up

My daughter called on Saturday late morning we had her car towed in and they replaced her started by 4pm. Unreal service. I strongly recommend this garage. This was the third time she has taken her car in and the service is always very very very fantastic.
