He's super friendly and knowledgeable, and very interested in helping you find the product that works best for your lifestyle. He even recognized me when I saw him for the second time, and remembered our previous conversations. Exceptional customer service!

At this time only 3 people is allowed inside the store. Otherwise the person who is working is very helpful.

I have been in a store at 3.30 Pm today with my friend and there was a girl working at that time. She pointed a finger on us that we are thieves without any proof. I am member of GNC since a year and i bought supplements around $1000 plus and also recommended people to be here in store to have the supplements. But i am totally disappointed because of the service. Apart from this, i told her to check me up if she has a doubt on me. Now on i am gonna quit GNC. I personally feel uncomfortable because of this poor service.
