Sales men were good at their job but didn’t let me make an offer then added extra warranty without notifying me they got me what I wanted but again did not negotiate with me

Will not help out after catastrophic engine failure. 13,000km put on vehicle. Warranty cost $3,500 and covers $2,500. Im looking for others with the same experience to come forward and put a stop to the criminals that take advantage of people. I’m going to reach out to social media and organizations like the better business bureau.

Honestly one of the best showrooms I visited everything was done so fast, customer service was great and got my car delivered the next day. I got an awesome deal through Muhammad everything in my budjet with great interest rate. I highly recommend purchasing your new car here espically if you are a first time buyer!

Good service, awesome people to deal with. I’m happy with the vehicle i bought from go auto. It would’ve been a five star but they didn’t clean the vehicle and top up the fuel tank, which i was told by one of the employee they would do before I picked up the vehicle i bought.

Inquired about a truck here and set up a time to see it on a Monday. Received multiple confirmation texts and calls from the salesman (it was actually a bit much). Drove down to Leduc and got a call from him 15 minutes before the meeting to say it was not available to be seen because it was in the service department and it would not be available until Friday. I told the salesman I would be there when they open on Friday morning. He then called me Wednesday afternoon to tell me the truck is sold. I would not waste your time here.

Bought an acura mdx 2017 from this place 5 months ago and the car are sold as is supposed to be the car are ready to drive in albert and car doesn't even have a block heater and the battery on the car is just done. With a not even lower temperature car doesn't want to start, now i have to put more money for a block heater and a new battery plus they put "new" all season tires which are the cheapest ones! My bad to go to this place and not checking basic things like this, just be aware if you go to this place.

The sales team appear to genuinely care about their customers. Unfortunately this is horribly offset by a shady manager. George has lost my business, I'll be looking for a new dealership to work with.

I bought my Ford Escape a few months ago and before my first payment came out I had to send it back as the sway bar broke on the rear of the vehicle. They fixed this issue and I carried on. Fast forward a short time, I was changing a flat tire and realized my emergency break did not lock into place. This was my first time using my E-break. When I contacted my sales rep I was informed it was not covered under any form of warranty. This really makes me question the quality of inspection the vehicles are getting. This was obviously a problem before I purchased the vehicle. Poor quality and poor customer service.

Recently bought a pick up from these guys. After a few days realized I wasn't completely happy with my purchase.went back to the dealership and found another pickup I absolutely loved. Ran into Victor Rosebluff, one the sales associates here. Even though he was on a day off, after explaining the situation to him and what I wanted to do he bent over backwards to help me out. He helped me trade in the first pickup and get the deal pushed through on the second pickup. Absolutely love the new truck. Victor was extremely helpful and made the the sale completely painless. The dude rocks and they gave me a great deal on the trade in. Boss man in finance went above and beyond to get me great rates and lower my payments.

Dealt with manager Alex great customer service recommend this place for any used car needs!

If you want to get screwed around, this is the place to go. Every other dealership in town has a service department except for this dump. Also they false advertise free service loaners. So while your in edmonton getting your car fixed A
at an approved go auto dealership, you either have to get a rental or take an Uber. So if you need your vehicle for work, good luck. Honestly, any other dealership in Leduc would be a better option. Never using go auto again in the future.

Dealt with Go Auto to get a new vehicle. Was APPROVED via phone calls and everything. We got approved for a vehicle that was affordable. Everything was set. We were told everything is good, "come in and sign papers". That is it. When we got here, all of a sudden the bi-weekly payment has now tripled. We worked out a new car. Was told that our final price. Given paper work to get insurance and registration. Came back and now our bi-weekly payment has gone up. Talked to the manager but he was next to useless. Did not address my complaint.

DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER.
