Pretty much purchased this vehicle online from working away remotely. Matt was extremely helpful and was able to make this a smooth transition. Super excited to start driving my new vehicle:)

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. They sell faulty cars that usually break down quite frequently and have issue left and right. Leaks, rusted suspensions, overdue maintenance that they pass by as “marginal” or still okay. These guys are not trustable, please spend your money elsewhere.

Plz be careful when you go to this dealership. The salesman and even managers are crooks. I put the deposit and they said it’s refundable but it’s not. They didn’t refund the deposit. So be very careful when you are dealing with these guys. If possible I will give them zero star. They push you to buy the vehicle once you put the deposit.

We just recently purchased a Santa Fe from Go Auto in Sherwood Park and it was great! I normally am not one for dealerships because some sales reps really turn you off. But Kayla was GREAT. She kept in contact with us the whole time regarding the steps of the process and where we were at. She was very friendly. I would for sure recommend talking with Kayla if you are looking to purchase anytime soon. Our concierge we had that told about some of the functions of the car that came on our road test was great. He was easy to talk to and just had a good positivity about him. Laith was awesome even at pick up he switched our plates for us. This was one of the best times I had with a dealership, I highly recommend.:)

Bought my 2017 Ford Mustang from here. It’s beautiful they made the process easy it was my first time buying from any sort of dealership. Both Faouzi and meaghan were so helpful and I appreciated them a lot!

Although Go Auto didn’t have the right vehicle for me, Jake was so awesome to work with. He showed us a handful of options and brought another vehicle in for us to see as well as checked across the city for options that might suit my needs.
He went above and beyond and the overall energy of this dealership felt so welcoming.
The young man who went on our test drives with us was also wonderful.

Omg what a great experience it was to buy my new to me Mercedes Benz from this dealership. Right from the moment I walk through the door without even an appointment, the concierge greeted me with such professionalism. I can't seriously say enough to properly thank my sales manager Jake and the finance manager Aaron these two just knocked it out of the park and had me out the door in my brand new car within 5 hours. Not only that but they also took care of handling switching my insurance and switching over my reg, all while I had to go and pick up my beautiful girlfriend in my new car. This dealership was extremely kind and caring and attentive with their care towards me in finding a vehicle. Hank has helped me in getting the truck that I needed and made the progress of aquireing it easy and fun. Magen has helped me in the financial side and is vary understanding and caring. I have been dealing with Cassandra Young with go auto Sherwood park location for almost a week to find that right truck for me, I have looked at a few that would meet my needs and she was so helpful in finding it for me, we spoke a few times over the phone while I was on night shift and she took the time out of her night to help me make it happen, I don’t know many sales people that would do that outside of work hours but Cassandra did, you my friend are top notch and now my wife may want to work out a deal with you as well in the near future thanks again we will be in touch
